Great fit for lean teen

Finally a pair of shorts appropriately sized for a long, lean teenager. My son is about 5'11" and 145 pound and an athlete. We ordered a size 28 and they fit perfectly! So many shorts for men with a 28 inch waist (hard to find to begin with) assume that the guy is also short and skinny. These go all the way to my son's knees and accommodate an athletic build with strong glutes and thighs. Fabric is light weight and breathable for a kid that is also used to wearing athletic clothes all the time.

Mixed feelings.

I have mixed feelings about this short. The material is nice however it run on the large side. The ends of short tapers inward which looks very odd.

Pricey. Made in China. Super long.

These shorts are very long. I have the size 32. They measure 22 ½ inches from the top of the waist to the bottom. The inseam measures 12 inches. The leg opening measures 11 ½ inches. These shorts are made of 96% polyester and 4% spandex. There is a slight bit of stretch in the material but not much. There is no stretch in the waist. There is a metal zipper with button at the top. Pockets on each side. Back pockets on each side with buttons. These shorts have a very slick polyester feel to them. Made in China. At the current price starting it 25 bucks, I think they are quite pricey for polyester made in China.

Simple, Lightweight, Comfortable

There's not a lot to report here: These shorts are comfortable and lightweight. Perfect for these California summers!

Chaps walking shorts

I ordered waist 36 with 13" inseam . Waist is to small and inseam is 9 and 1/2 inch.. I would like to send them back but don't know how

Nice shorts but kind of long.

I've owned a variety of Chaps clothing over the years so I'm familiar with the brand. I think I typically would purchase them at Kohl's. Overall these uniform style shorts are nice. The materials are comfortable and they're well made. In my opinion they need a bit of tailoring on the length though because they are rather long and seem to be cut a bit more loose/baggy than I would've guessed. Then again, uniform specifications might not be the same across the board so that could be part of it. They're made of 96% Polyester, 4% Spandex which means that they have a bit of stretch and are easy to clean while also difficult to stain. Overall, we'd recommend them.

Basic shorts, properly sized, fit as well as my odd body allows, deep front pockets.

These are basic no-frills shorts exactly as I like them - comfortable and long with a good zipper and deep pockets. I was raised to be a complainer, and if there was anything of which I could complain this would be a MUCH longer review.
