Product is Great, but the 3 Pack was Split

The actual product I love and know well but these were supposed to be sent in a 3 pack which is why they are about $20. In store each one is about $7. So the three pack made sense to buy here. But then after paying $20, they only sent me one pack making it one very expensive pack. I contacted customer service and they were able to get my money back for it but just be sure you get the whole 3 Pack if that’s what you paid for!

Handy and healthy.

These wipes were a shot in the dark for me. I don't use them for makeup removal, I use them to keep my naturally oily face clean and presentable, and to help with dry skin in a few places. The wipes are long enough and a little narrower than I would like, but there is enough surface area there to wipe down an entire face and neck, as well as to flip over and wipe down the top of the head if you shave your head or are bald. They leave behind clean, very slightly moisturized skin, and are safe for cleaning around your eyelids without irritation to the eye, at least for me. I bought them, I used them, I bought more, and that says it all.

Good

A little overpriced im not gonna lie, it does do a good job to clean my face and body when i dont have access to a sink or shower. I feel like it does make my face feel slightly more oiler after however.

Wipes are great but subscribe and save not so much

I love the Cetaphil product but when I decided to use the subscribe and save I was expecting to get all of what I ordered and paid for. I originally signed up with S & S to receive a 2 pack every few months but Amazon decided to change the Subscribe to a 3 pack. Unfortunately for the1st 3pak order I was shipped a single unit (25 wipes) but was charged the full price for a 3pack. The only way to get what I paid for is to return the single facial wipe pack. The whole point of using the S&S is for convenience. Returning and waiting for Amazon to sort out the credit and reship is not convenient. I do recommend Cetaphil wipes because they do a great job cleaning away dirt in pores and removing makeup with ease.

I love the ones befor they said new improved

I have sensitive skin and these works for me but the new improved ones leave your face feeling sticky make you feel like you need to rinse it off :(

Just a heads up.

I have used these wipes for many years. I have loved them. I subscribed to the two pack delivery several years ago when they became hard to find. My last order was a 3 pack and I would have been ok with that, but what I was not ok with was the change in product. I received some “new and improved” product. Let’s just say they may not have fragrance in them, but they smell like my Clorox disinfectant wipes. And when I used them, they irradiated my skin with a burning sensation and turned my face red and I don’t even have sensitive skin. I am so sad. I canceled my subscription and I will not be buying them again.

The product is great, but I only got ONE set of wipes, not 3 see details in review.

I've ordered this twice. As advertised, it says that there are 75 wipes because it is a 3 pack of 25. However, BOTH times I ordered this item, I received only 1 pack of wipes. Essentially paying nearly 50 dollars for 2 packs of wipes. I'm unsure where the disconnect is, but it is incredibly frustrating that this has occurred twice now and I likely will find another seller and/or product due to this reason. Otherwise, the actual wipes themselves are great and I would recommend them, especially if you have sensitive skin.

Missing Items.

I love these wipes but I only received one pack when I paid for the 3 pack. And the only way I can get the correct product is to return the one and wait for the 3. Doesn’t seem right. Pretty disappointed.
