Più durevole delle imitazioni di setole in polipropilene poco costose. Le setole in morbido nylon bianco hanno un'elevata capacità di trattenere i liquidi. Le setole affusolate in nylon con rifiniture a punta di scalpello forniscono una copertura superiore della superficie. Le setole sono fissate con resina epossidica alle ghiere. Le maniglie in plastica con finitura liscia in un unico pezzo sono facili da pulire.

Like faux suede or fur - kind of better- updated

Update: it melted :( I wanted a brush that acted like natural fiber, but wasn’t. Sure, I wanted natural fiber, but try finding one that doesn’t leave little bristles behind. It’s one thing to deal with that for makeup brushes, but until I get a pet boar... I am unwilling to deal with their hair in my food. I already have cat hair to deal with ???? This is a cousin of the natural brush... it looks a little different, but acts like it came from the same family. Worked perfectly for BBQ sauce, oil and butter.

OK, so the manufacturer fibbed a bit in the answer section. The wrapper on mine (rec'd January 8, 2021) clearly says "Made in Mexico". Still, it seems to be good quality. At least it's made in North America!

Simple, reliable, high-quality tool

I use this for a variety of coating and basting tasks. Carries olive oil well. Cleans completely and reliably in an automatic dishwasher.

Good for brushing on pastry.

The finer bristles are good for brushing egg on pastry and give better coverage than the silicone type on pastry.

Very useful.

Lightweight, easy to hold, retains well whatever is to be brushed on food; soft bristles which don’t disturb unbaked pastries, etc. I washed it by hand which took a couple of soapings and several rinses,, but it did come totally clean.

Better than natural bristle & easy to clean!

Used to spread a simple syrup glaze of orange juice and sugar on this orange pound cake. My natural bristle brush kept leaving bristles. No bristle release at all from this and much easier to clean!
