Just like it looked like!
The carafe came to the house very quickly, as ordered. We were having a brunch on Saturday followed the directions about filling it with hot warm to start the heating process. We filled it with coffee and it stayed hot the whole time, we were even able to have a cup after our guest left, still out!

A solid product at a reasonable cost
We use the carafe to hold coffee. It works best if you warm it up first with hot water. But even without pre-warming it keeps coffee very warm for 3-4 hours

I reckon I got what I paid for
It keeps water hot for almost 24 hours. That is what I needed it to do. It is more cheaply made than the older version I have, but it is a different brand. Perhaps one of the more expensive models would be sturdier. The lid hinge on this one is a bit flimsy, and the contents selector on top is very loose. But overall, I am satisfied with its performance.

Had one previously. Took first one to mountain home because we were so accustomed to the product.
We use the carafe to keep our coffee warm. Once we brew the coffee, we keep it in the carafe to maintain the original brewed flavor without continuing to "cook" in the coffee making pot. The reason we gave this carafe a 4 star rating, instead of a 5, is that, when you press the lever to pour the coffee, it spits out of the top lid and drips coffee. Our original carafe never does this. The new one has a different type of lid, which may be the difference that causes the "spitting" and dripping. Other than that issue, it keeps the coffee reliably hot for hours.

It's a great carafe.
We've had an Oggi carafe for a long time but it was time for a new one. I like that it has a bigger opening now so there's room to put a brush for cleaning in. It's a great size so we can put a full pot of coffee in it with no worries. The only thing holding me back from giving it a 5 is the lid. Coffee gets in it so you have to be careful when you take it off so it doesn't spill on the counter. The other thing is that you have to put pressure on the lever to close & open and I'm afraid it will break (tip is to press down when turning to take some of the pressure off). Our last one broke after a year and I didn't know to contact the company. They will help you out but mine was the old model and they didn't have a replacement. Even with this shortcoming I really like this carafe.

Not the best quality, but it works for me
This is my second pumpmaster. I'm still using the first one after two and one-half years of daily use. The pump handle cracked after the first year, but kept on working. It cracked more this year and I glued it and it's still working. I know it will completely fail at some point so I bought this replacement, but for the price you can't beat this coffee server. The name-brand units cost twice as much. Keeps coffee hot for hours and is easy to use. Have not had a problem with the glass liner as others have reported. The most annoying feature is that the spout tube does not reach to the bottom of the liner, so you can't pump out the last two-thirds of a cup of coffee. Since I have to open it anyway to clean it, I just pour out the remainder into my cup.
