Tough, versatile jacket.
This is a very well constructed jacket, with most of the seams double-stitched (as far as I can tell). The material is slightly stretchy, and as a result, it is very easy to move around. As for the fit, there is generous room in the shoulder and underarm area so you can comfortably wear your vest, or a shoulder rig. But though this jacket is spacious, is by no means sloppy. It has clean, professional lines and does a good job of moving with you. There are also many, many pockets. Most of which are zippered, with an extremely large pocket in the lower back which can be accessed from either side. The tall right breast pocket has a magnetic closure, which is very handy. I have not yet had the opportunity to try this in the rain, but with some Scotchguard, I'm reasonably confident that it could handle moderate rain for shorter periods with no problem. Though it is not insulated, it is an excellent cooler weather outer shell. However, due to the thickness of the material and lack of ventilation, you wouldn't want to be zipped up in this in warmer temperatures. Further note on fit: My chest measures 42", my waist 32" and I am 5'10" with an average length torso. Most mediums are too tight through the shoulders and biceps, but this one fits great. There is enough space around the waist so that I could zip it over a outside waistband holster with a medium frame pistol with no problem. The only con is that the material can pick up dust pretty easily, however, it's just as easy to clean with a damp cloth. PROS Fit & Finish Pockets Excellent range of movement CONS Picks up dust Final thoughts: If you want a good looking, versatile, 3 season jacket, you can't go far wrong with this one. Factor in the extremely reasonable price, and you have a real winner.

Great travel Jacket to protect stuff from pickpockets!
Great jacket I wore all over Italy in March with temps from mid 40's to 60's. I was a little chilly in a t-shirt only under this when it got colder, but I also tend to be cold when others arn't. When it got warm, I opened up the axillary zippers on the sides and got a cool breeze. The pockets were great for Europe and all the pick pocket worries- I used the inner breast zipper pocket for passports/wallets, the outer magnetic pocket held my phone (which I took out constantly since it was my only camera), and any tickets we needed. Big open inner pockets were good for selfie stick, or all the flyers/papers you collect through the day. The sleeve pockets- one by shoulder, one by wrist are small, but I put my small extra USB battery pack in one and sunglasses/pen/ small flashlights in the others. Depending on how much I loaded, the jacket could get heavy, but the weight distributed about as well as my Scott E Vest does. Only thing that could make this jacket better might be a hood in the collar- but luckily it didn't rain!

Versatile light-mid weight jacket
The usual great quality from Propper. Sized to fit over your gear, but still wears well in casual attire. Makes a great fall jacket, and if you layer, it’s workable for the winter as well. Ample pockets, but IMO, the “document” pocket is more or less useless. Chest pocket could have a larger opening, but it still works. All in all, a good bang for the buck.

Good features but...
I really, really wanted to like this jacket. It had everything that I was looking for in a tactical style jacket. Unfortunately the fit was horrible for me. I am 6', 185 lbs, (not Arnold like but like to think so!). Looking at the Propper website it appeared that I was to fit in a large jacket. Shipping was fast and when it arrived it came very neatly presented. The exterior finish of the jacket was very nice I like all the features, but the interior could use a little refinement. The seams were a little course and the pockets just hung out in space. At this price point and what it was designed for they should tighten it up some. When I put the jacket on it looked like I was wearing a garbage bag. There is not much taper to the jacket as in the pic. Well no big deal I thought I will just go down a size. I returned the large and awaited the medium to arrive. It showed shortly after and was packaged as before. This time I felt as though I was wearing spandex. The chest and shoulder area did not allow for much movement but the waist fit much better. There seemed to be too much size difference for my body type. So it went back too. The search continues....

GREAT ALL IN 1 JACKET
This is my second jacket in two years, not because they wear out or wore easily but because I've lost weight and needed smaller size. (Went from xl to l)With that I have to say that this is the best multi-purpose jacket I've ever owned. I conceal carry (personally and on the job)and use the to back pockets to keep extra mags and in the top pocket that has the magnet I carry a J frame revolver as my back up gun. The jacket is top quality, I wash it every 3 or 4 days with no problem or no wearing out. Buy far not a winter jacket but does the job with a sweater underneath. I love all the pockets and the quality does not get any better! Fits exactly to size

As good as TNF and MountainHardwear but significantly lower cost
Best value around in a versatile, heavy weight softshell jacket. More pockets than any other out there, sheds water nicely, pit zippers and mesh pocket liners provide plenty of venting power, very durable also. I have softshells from Browning, NorthFace, Kuiu, Pnuma, Mountain Hardwear, and Outdoor Research, and while this is not as fashionable perhaps as some of those, it doesn't take a backseat in performance to any of them. Highly recommended as the best value for the dollar.

Hands down and with out hesitation to thumbs up you want this
Had this just for a little wile and so far as first impressions go worth the money. Damn good coat for when the when picks up and chills the air. You can't even tell the wind with this on. Very roomy but that's for those that have a outter plat carrier and stuff all over it.

Zipper not good quality
Zipper has damage, notice when i wear it after 4 weeks after the delivery. so i have to get fix and spend 45 dollars. I don’t recommend this to everyone.

Occhio alla taglia
Buon tessuto ma Non ha il cappuccio e soprattutto veste molto molto grande, quindi occhio alla taglia . . .
