Best undershirt tank! Covers bra straps completely

I was looking for a tank to wear under Spring tunics and dresses with a too-big neckline, to cover my bra straps. This covers them COMPLETELY, even my Playtex Comfort Strap Bra straps, which are gynornous (I own 3). The tank tops still look good under shirts. They’re close fitting enough to not make wrinkly lines. I was worried I would have to wear a t-shirt, which is not as attractive or cool in the heat as a tank. I would not wear these alone because they only go up to size XXL and I’m a 2X. I got these to fit close enough to wear under shirts. I prefer a loose fitting tank to wear by itself. I would try these if they came in plus sizes (1X, 2X, 3X, etc.). I would probably try a 3X. I’m 5’7”, 217 lbs., and pear shaped with the round part of the pear starting at my belly and spreading out through the hips and big legs. I like a tank to stop at the high hip for an undershirt, so it doesn’t bunch up in the hips and belly. This fits the bill. For outerwear, a tank that covers my upper thighs and is roomy in the belly (but doesn’t fall off my shoulders) is a must. 5 stars, for my purposes! Note: I ordered the Coral Pink & White 2-pack, the Dark Green & Navy, and Gray/Dusty Pink. The Coral Pink is darker than shown, more of a bright Coral, not light. It’s a pretty tank, but if you’re looking for an exact match this is not it. White is bright white. The Dark Green is more Teal, but the Dark Green & Navy are as pictured. I bought the Dark Green to match something and it does. I am happy with my purchases. The Gray and Dusty pink are just beautiful with my Summer Complexion (I should have bought more), and they don’t show my white cat’s hair. Only the Navy needs a lint roller. I will definitely be ordering more, as I often need cleavage control. These don’t show any, in my regular size (and that’s a feat). Please put them back on layaway! I can order many more, that way.

Love these!

I wish I could find this type of shirt that fits less snugly, but I do like these. Buying them in lots of colors. They are long, about hip length, and fitted so easy to pull a pair of pants over them. Great to wear under a sweater, jacket, shirt, anything you'd like to layer over them. They breathe, but also are a good bottom layer for a cold day. They aren't thin, which is really nice. It's always disappointing to get a t-shirt and it's so thin I feel I need to put something under it. They give good coverage. Though snug the fabric is buttery soft and comfortable. I wear them around the house as well. The colors are deep and rich and true to the image provided. There's no improper fit, they fit nicely on the upper body. Simple and nicely designed, constructed. Can't say enough good things about these.

Terrific, Low-Cost Undershirt

In have nice perky breasts that only require a tank undershirt under my every-day "uniform" casual cotton top. I rarely wear a bra. I have the same M-Square cotton top in every color it comes in, and I like to coordinate the color of my tank with whatever the color of my Bryn Walker Casbah is that day. (Like I said, it's my uniform.) These Amazon Essential tanks come in many, many colors. You can buy them as singles or in a pack of three. I have rebought over and over. They get daily wear, so have been washed over and over with no color fade or breakdown of the fabric. I suggest buying one size down than your regular IF you plan to wear them, as I do, as an undershirt. If you are buying them as your top, get your regular size. They do not shrink when washed, even in hot water.

Cheap price - great value

This tank top is extremely true to it’s size. Material is super soft & comfortable. It does shrink just a little after washing but it is so little that I had to hold I up to the unwashed one to even notice the difference. I ordered a second set a size larger than I normally would because I am tall with a longer torso and I ended up liking that fit also. Now the tank fits a bit looser & it comes down long enough to cover the back of my pants when sitting ( if you get my drift ). I did keep both sizes because I like a fitted fit as much as I like a loose fit. That part all comes down to personal preference. At the end of the day, it was worth my money.

Very Long for Short Person

At 5'1" these tank tops fall below my thigh. The material is soft and comfortable, but fits snugly so that if you have any bulges they are very visible. Unless you are slim with a flat stomach to look okay these need to be worn as an under layer, which I had planned on anyway. However, due to the ultra long length you need a very long shirt to wear over them since tucking them in isn't that comfortable also due to length. It would be great if these came in petite sizes. In standard size these probably look best on tall, thin women.

Very impressed with the quality for the price

It's always a bit of a risk to buy clothes online, but I am very impressed with these tank tops. They are made of silky soft cotton, they seem to be well-made, they were true to size, and they are even more comfortable than I expected. I purchased four of them, but if or when they wear out - or I just want to get more tanks in other colors - I'll be back!

Nice tank top

I use this tank as an undershirt. The fabric is soft and feels lovely next to my skin. It's nicely made and washed well without special care. I dried it on hot with the rest of my non lint laundry and it did just fine. Just ordered another pack. I ordered yellow/white for the 2nd pkg. The color is actually green not yellow. I would call it puce. It's a yellowgreen. I would have liked a true yellow but will keep this. Something to consider when you are choosing colors. The aqua in the first order is lovely.

Size up!

I am 5ft 7 in tall, weight 210, 40D bra and typically wear a size 14. The XL did not fit like I wanted it to. If you are planning on wearing the tank with just a bra on hot summer days then your typical size won’t work unless you want to see every bump, roll and bra line. The tanks fit, but on the snug side. They will work for layering pieces or around the house and to sleep in, but too tight to wear in public. They are nice quality, not outstanding or anything. Hope they don’t shrink. I will update if they do. May order again in the future, but will definitely size up to an xxl. I do love the length!

PERFECT

Nice medium weight (thicker than a Primark shirt). It's very stretchy (more like loose spandex vs cotton), well made, very nice colours (I ordered rich teal and navy). Size is as expected. Length is good too -- covers my bum, and no longer. Price is excellent. This is exactly what I need to get some sun while working in my garden.

Comfortable and very good quality

I'm really happy with these vests. They're darker than in the photo, less peachy and more like a natural tanned skin colour. I wanted them to fit snugly without moving around, because I use them for wearing under slightly see-through shirts. I'm a size 8 normally, and I ordered these in XS and they fit just how I wanted - snug enough that they don't move around, but not overly tight so as to be uncomfortable. The fabric is soft and feels like good quality, instead of a label the brand and size is printed directly on the fabric. Overall they're comfortable, very good quality especially considering the price, and definitely recommended.

Worth trying, Amazon has a great return policy if it doesn’t work for you

Sorry for the lighting. I bought a bunch of these in a bunch of different colours. I live in these. Love the material. Soft fabric. Feels like high quality and looks like it too. Other people mentioned they are long in torso. I don’t notice that. The length is perfect because they don’t ride up. The fit true to size. I’m 115lb, 5’5 wearing size small. XS would fit more fitted (like a wetsuit-not my style for clothing). We’re talking $9 CAD per tank, really cheap price compared to other stores IMO. Try it!

Lovely and soft - but a little pricey for vests?

Lovely vests - very soft & comfortable. The only thing I would say is that they are quite thin, so the white one is a little see through. They are quite long (and I’m nearly 5’11!) so i find that as they are a snug and thin design, it’s best to tuck them into my shorts or trousers. Perhaps a little over priced for what they are - definitely a vest rather than a top. But they are fab for wearing under clothes in the winter to stay warmer, or wearing for a day on the beach or in the garden in the summer, where I’m happy for a snug quite revealing fit! Super soft and so comfy, so would buy again :)

Poor fit round the armholes.

Lovely soft fabric, good quality and very comfy, however the fit is so bad. I am a size 16 with 40" bust so ordered XL. However they are a very strange fit around the armholes, baggy and gappy. Very disappointed and had to sent them back,
