Love!
Use for outdoor skating and they are smooth and sturdy. I have been using them regularly with no issues. Keep them oiled and they are fabulous!

More casual
I know skates need to be broken in but these were so uncomfortable and constantly bothered my feet. You truly get what you pay for. If you can afford it, I'd say go with a popular/more expensive brand.

Good for beginners and people who like a lot of ankle support
I’m a beginner at roller skating and have never roller skated before. The only form of skating I’ve ever done was going to ice skating rinks a couple of times. Pros: Very stiff boot that provides with a lot of ankle support (which I adore!), a tongue that remains in tact, adjustable trucks, a heavy aluminum plate and overall a lot of structure in the boot, the suede leather it’s made out of seems to be made out of a very durable material, wheels are easy to control and you can even speed up, they are super cute! Cons: has a pretty long break in period (it took until day 10 to break them in, after skating for 2-3 hours daily), the toe stops aren’t as rubbery as I’d like it to be (stops are sometimes bumpy or rough), the wheels get dirty easily, the skates would steer me to the left as one of the plates aren’t put in straight (but that’s fine with me since I’ll upgrade when I feel more confident), laces get worn out quickly, the tongue sewing on my right skate was done sloppily and was unfinished (it’s alright as it can be fixed). I would highly recommend this for casual skaters, beginners and anyone on a budget as they are definitely built to last at least a year or two (I’m on day 12). However, the pictures are a little misleading as the colors of the skate are lighter and much more muted. If you have the money to get a better skate, get the better one instead of this. Don’t get a cheaper skate if you’re on a budget, get this!! I don’t regret this purchase and I ADORE these skates!

You’ll love them!
At first you have to break them in but after you do, you’ll absolutely love them! I’ve completely customized mine and wouldn’t be happy with anything else at the present!

Amazing skates! Size accurate
I'm skates picky, paid $700 for my skates, and bought this pair for one of my kids. Wheels are so nice to roll on I almost want to trade my daughter for her skates. And I nearly bought myself these as a backup pair. Note: the wheels are not rounded, so they are not the best for spins, or tricks, but for going around a rink or outside on the sidewalk, they are SOOOOO comfortable!!! Great for beginner, intermediate skater, or just someone wanting a smoother ride outside. I can still spin in them, it just feels weird because the flat edges catch sometimes and I'm not used to it, and they're not designed for it. I'd you're used to rounded wheels, these can take a little getting used to. But I LOVE the metal plates attached to the boot, they provide a lot of stability and longevity. The new lightweight nylon plates are flexible and don't provide as sturdy of support as the metal ones like these skates. Sizing: my daughter is a 9, so I bought a 9, and they fit perfectly.

Great skate for the price!
Overall these are great skates, the good definitely outweighs the bad! I have owned these for about a year, and they have worked great for me! I've skated for many years now, mostly indoors, but I wanted something I could skate on outside. I didn't want to use my expensive rink skates outside for obvious reasons, but also didn't want to fork up $300 for a pair of moxies. These were the perfect solution! I can skate comfortably on them for 2 hours, or over depending on the day. Comfort is gonna vary per person though. I can also be hard on skates, and these have held up to my constant abuse! Keep in mind lighter colors will get dirty quickly, if that's an issue for you get the dark blue, or pink. I chose the mint ones, and they got dirty very quickly, doesn't really bother me, but just a heads up. I would recommend these to anyone just getting into skating, they have great ankle support which is very important when starting out! You can also take them inside, I see these skates on others at the rink all the time, they work, and look great! Overall these skates are reliable, durable, and will get you to where you want to go. They are cute, but keep in mind they are not the most comfortable skate out there! If you plan on skating outside a lot I'd say pay the extra money, and invest in a pair of moxies, or boardwalks. But for the price, these are gonna be your best bet! Onto the technical stuff! The boot itself is kind of stiff, and there is a lot of extra room in the toe area, but overall I say they fit nicely. The tounge is pretty flimsy, which can be uncomfortable, but not a dealbreaker. The plate is on the heavier side, but is also durable! I haven't had any issues with the trucks, but keep in mind they don't come with a skate tool, if you don't have one, I'd recommend buying one, you'll want to adjust the trucks and wheels to your preference. The wheels are big and gummy, great for the outdoors! They roll smoothly, and go over rough terrain nicely. Lastly these do come with bolted on toe stops, so they can't be adjusted up and down, which is a bummer, I prefer my toe stops to be a bit shorter, but also not a deal breaker, just a personal preference. I hope this review helps ya out, Happy skating!!

Sweet Skates
I received these today and will update when I have more wear time. First I checked the wheels. Some needed to be adjusted and I did so. As I haven't roller skated in over 30 years, I decided to try inside. I am glad I did as I didn't notice until I had them on and was moving and lifting my feet that the right plate was not tightened and jiggled. I took them off and tightened them. It is something I think worthy of noting. I also found a sizing chart online for this skate only and measured my foot honestly and an 8 was the perfect fit. My foot is a normal width. I do have bunions by my big toe. The boot is stiff and I could feel them. I can tell with time it will be fine. The tongue wrinkles a bit. It's odd. I also knew about this before purchasing. It's not a deal breaker for me as it doesn't interfere with the comfort of the boot for me. A wrinkled tongue may bother someone with a thicker or wider foot. They came laced up like hockey skates. Over. I left them this was so I could break them in. I will lace under later as I like a tighter fitting boot. The laces do not seem to be too long. I am the type that laces to my ankle and then wraps around my ankle. Those that do this will understand. I had just enough with them being laced outer. I will get a bit more length when laced under. If not a new set of laces is not a deal breaker. I have about 30 minutes total and they seem good so far. Smooth and easy. I am getting the hang of it again like riding a bike. I was nervous about the colour being so bright. The colour I wanted had been out of stock in my size for some time and didn't have a restock date. It said between 1-3 months and offered pre-order. Summer would have been over. I was having buyers remorse and then I got the notification that the package was delivered toy house. I was so excited and couldn't wait to be done work. I was like a kid when I opened the front door and saw that Amazon box. Oh yes, I am happy with the colour now. Overall this far I am thrilled with these skates. UPDATE: I have worn with thicker socks and the boot is breaking in a bit. I am still quite happy. June 2020 After a year of occasional use one of the wheels ended up with a crack. I upgraded to better wheels and bee bearings

A nice entry level skate!
If you’re a first time skater or returning to roller skating after many decades like me, you kind of can’t go wrong with these roller skates for this price. I didn’t want to spend a lot when trying out an old hobby but I did want a leather or suede boot so I spent a bit more for these than I initially planned. The colour of the skates is more of a magenta vs what I thought to be hot pink in the pic but otherwise they’re just as pictured. I normally take a women’s size 6.5 or 7 in shoes so the conversion to a size 5 for these skates worked perfectly for me, with room for a heavier sock. They are suede inside and out and while there is plenty of cushioning inside, they are pretty stiff right out of the box. My understanding is they should soften with wear and heat as suede normally does, but to speed up the process I purchased some shoe wideners so I don’t have to wait for time and effort to do it’s thing. And while this may be a thing for some, the tongue is not padded and a bit flimsy which has not yet impacted my skating ability one way or another. They are kind of heavy, 3.4lbs/skate but once they’re on it’s not very noticeable. I separately purchased 78a outdoor wheels but the blue wheels the skates come with are rated for indoor/outdoor use so if you’re not picky, you won’t have to make any changes to these roller skates. And finally, safety first—don’t forget your gear and have fun!

Great low budget skate
I use these skates for recreation, roller dancing, and outdoor skating. the boots are slightly uncomfortable at first, but once you have them on and skating, they are fine. I skate 1 to 2 hours at a time, no problem. The wheels are great for both indoor and outdoor. The trucks of the skate are sensitive and responsive, which is great for dancing. I would adjust them a bit tighter if you are a beginner until you are comfortable leaning into the edges for quick turns and spins. I love the skates, great value for beginner-intermediate level skaters, or lower budget skate. I get lots of compliments on them because they look great!
