Best work shirt on Amazon!
I bought over 10 shirts desperately trying to find the perfect one for work. This one was the best above all! I got the 3x. It fits comfortably, great material, and it looks great on me. Buttons are not cheap and great quality. I’ll be buying a few more! Thank you!

Color issues and size fit is much larger than you’d expect
I ordered the same size (based on the size chart) I’ve been wearing for over a decade. I was shocked to find that this shirt fits like a shirt sized 2x larger than the sizing chart indicates it should be. The shirt also came with discoloration marks on the lapel. It seemed like bleach had gotten splashed on it. Sadly I couldn’t find an option to return the shirt so I am out the money paid for it as I donated the shirt since I would NEVER wear it. Would be nice if they at least made sure it wasn’t discolored (the spot in question on the lapel was immediately visible through the plastic packaging it was in. There’s no way it should have been missed).

I purchased this shirt in anticipation of a job I had just interviewed for. . . while I didn't get that job I decided to keep the shirt because it's a really versatile piece. I think it can be worn over all an black dress like a light blazer, or with black dress pants for a job interview. It's dressy looking without having any distracting logos or brand names emblazoned on it. In addition to being worn to any kind of office job, you could also use this shirt at any kind of retail outlet that asks you to wear a plain shirt. It's a good solid color going out to dinner. The shirt is not very soft. It feels like the same indestructible polyester blend that like a kitchen apron is made out of. I hope it doesn't wrinkle. Anyway I'm keeping it

If between sizes, go up!
Well made, attractive shirt for work as a server. Love that the buttons are hidden. Fitted and made from a decent quality material. I have a number of tattoos, and you can see them slightly through the shirt. A note on sizing: having tried on other Chef Works shirts before, I ordered a small (though I’m usually somewhere between a S/M for other brands). This shirt is a bit more fitted and smaller cut than their gingham version. If between sizes, I would recommend sizing up, as the fit is quite tight in the shoulders. There is a pleat on the back that puckers and becomes noticeable. For reference I am 5’9”, 155lbs, and a 34C.

Fits Nice but I would Prefer a Small
I am 5'6" and approx. 110 lbs. I got this shirt for my serving job where I move, reach, and bend a lot. I like the fit when I have the sleeves rolled but but it is a but tight in the shoulders and short on the arms. I would happily buy another in size small but they don't offer that size sadly.

Bigger than I thought
The waist area is super billowed out. Even when I tried to tuck it in, it puffed up and made my torso look weird. This was returned.

Size down!!
WAY TOO BIG! I wear a medium and that's what I ordered. It's so long, hangs below your butt. No shape to it, I felt like I was wearing a bag. I returned it.
