High quality but dated fashion

High quality pants, but cut very wide in the leg, making them look pretty old fashioned.

Suits on Amazon. Best move EVER.

For some reason, Amazon always seems to be my "last resort" when shopping for clothes. I just never think of it first, especially not for formal or work wear. That's changed now. I was at my favorite nation-wide department store looking for a suit for a third interview recently. They had my size for the suit jacket but the closest location with my size pants was (no joke) half way across the country. There was no way they could guarantee that I'd get it by my lunch interview without me paying nearly 1/2 of the price of the pants for expedited delivery. Then, in a moment of curiosity, I looked online. Two days later (and the day before my interview), my pants showed up. Yes, they are the correct pants (same material/thread pattern) as the suit jacket, which I had purchased because I'd planned to go ahead and order the pants regardless w/free 5-7 day delivery. No Need! These fit perfectly. Not only that, but they cost about 50% less on Amazon than what they would have cost from the department store.

Quality fabric and construction, but the fit is way off.....

The fabric is sumptuous, but the rise is crazy long causing the pants to end several inches above my natural waist. The waist is also several inches too big. For a moment I thought about altering them (I am a sewist), but for $99 I shouldn't have to remake everything above the crotch. Because of the quality of the fabric and construction I will probably try a different style of Calvin Klein career pants and hope for the best!

I love these pants they are a true 16w, for plus size women looking for a beautiful comfortable work pant; this is it!

Be warned

I believe this is a fake product. Black ink from the pants (and the suit jacket purchased) leached on to my hands, nails, and white blouse creating a completely embarrassing day of wearing this item. I would like to return, but I don't know if I can. The pants are thin and don't seem to be the quality of brand in major department stores. If I had another option on my trip, I would have worn that instead.
