Too big, heel positioned weirdly
I am usually a size 9.5 and as it showed as “true to size” that’s what I ordered. Definitely closer to a 10.5; there was at least a centimeter between my heel and the back of the shoe. The heel on the shoe is also not centered to where the heel of the person’s foot would be, and if you know anything about heels you know that’s what causes a significant portion of foot pain if you wear them for too long (like, longer than 20 minutes too long). Also, the scoop at the bottom of the shoe (at the top of the toes - idk what that’s called) doesn’t cover the whole toes, so the cracks of your toes will peek out and if you have a more pronounced toe “knuckle” on the big toe (wow, I’m really brain farting on what things are called) then that’s going to cause some soreness and irritation the longer you wear the shoe. It’s a shame, because the butter yellow is my favorite color and I would love some basic, quality pumps in it, but this one is just not it for me.

Runs LARGE!
I tried to upload a photo but these shows run LARGE! Size down in the store I could have sworn it was the 8 I tried on and it fit when I saw them in a local store but no. When I got it it was enormous so I had to exchange it for the 7.5 otherwise the shoe is beautiful and seems to be comfortable. I was panicking about the exchange here on Amazon but I spoke with a rep via chat and they assured me they would refund any difference I had to pay. It turned out I didn’t have to pay extra. So try to avoid all of that and order down or try to at least go with your size or better yet measure you feet and use the sizing chart. Good luck!

Good simple pump
This is a heel you can’t find in the stores anymore. A good simple heel. My only complaint is that they aren’t true to size. I’m a size 7 but I had to take a size 6 1/2 which just fits. Otherwise no complaints.

Narrow shoes
It’s such a pretty shoe in a pretty Color. And it was in my size, unfortunately it’s too narrow for me. It looked wide in the pictures and it is wider than some other shoes but not wide enough for my feet. Because of the width the shoes kept slipping off my feet. Such a shame because it was perfect in every other way.

No es lo que esperaba
Definitivamente no los compraría de nuevo, talla grande, punta cuadrada y color cambia mucho al de la foto. Los tuve que regresar pero en definitiva no sigue la calidad a la que la marca me tiene acostumbrada.

Tacón sin soporte
Estamos acostumbradas a que está marca es cómoda y te da un ajuste en el tacón fuerte que ayuda a caminar segura, pero este modelo el tacón está muy endeble, sientes que el tobillo va colapsar
