Beware 1800 watts not 1500 as advertised. Before I ordered I checked with Caphalon directly and they told me it was 1400 watts so I purchased it. Received oven today and sticker on bottom says its 1800 watts. Too much for my electrical circuit. I tested oven with a watt meter - results 1800 plus watts with both ovens on. You cannot cook two meals at same time as advertised.

Works great!
Quality product with stainless steele design for durability and function. The unit has 2 cooking areas, the top is larger (instruction indicate it will 4 lb. chicken). However I think it would have to be cut into pieces. The bottom unit is more for baking, pizzas, cookies. It has 12 different functions to chose the method of cooking you need. It does cook faster than other ovens. Contains 1 Oven with Air Fry, Nonstick Baking Pan, Air Fry Rack, Wire Rack, Crumb Tray. Come this great instructions and how to use. We will be using this in a small guest apartment. It does take up a bit of counter space is the one thing I dislike about.

It's beautiful and has a contemporary aesthetic. It's easy to control temperatures, easy to clean and sanitize and easy to set up and store away. It cooks quickly and thoroughly. This is a brand that I trust.

Makes food faster than a regular oven!
I got this Calphalon oven since it has an Air Fry option, which I did not have at my regular oven. The upper chamber has four cooking functions: BAKE, AIR FRY And ROAST, and a KEEP WARM option. The lower chamber has PIZZA, CRISP, ROAST, COOKIES and KEEP WARM. I tend to use it much more than my regular oven since it cooks the food much faster, and I can also air fry. The foods are much healthier than frying in regular oil, and I also save money since adding oil is optional. The meat that I fried without any oil came out very crispy and tasty. The oven has dual chambers, each with its own separate controls. The lower chamber is very small and can fit a small pizza or some cookies. The upper chamber is larger and can fit a small chicken. If I have a larger chicken, I can cut it in pieces to fit better. I am not sure if I will need to cook two meals at the same time, but it is good to have this option just in case. The lower chamber is also useful since it has different functions. The oven has a time and temperature Up/Down buttons. Cooking charts (for both upper and lower chambers) with the recommended weight, rack position, accessory, function, temperature, time, and oil are included in the instructions. The only issue I encountered is that there is some steam coming out from the oven doors while I cook foods. I am not sure if this is normal and it does not affect the food, but I do not have this issue with my regular oven. Cleaning is easy. The wire rack, baking pan and air fry basket can be cleaned either by hand or in the top rack of the dishwasher. The oven exterior can be cleaned by wiping with a wet cloth. I highly recommend this Calphalon Performance Dual Oven!

Decent Oven With A Couple Drawbacks
I’m always looking for the ‘next best thing’ in a countertop oven. And I thought I had found it in this ‘Calphalon Performance Dual Oven’. It’s a nice, capable oven with a couple of drawbacks. The styling of this oven is very nice. The dark stainless finish really blends with my black kitchen. The exterior size of the oven is nice, too. It doesn’t take up a whole lot of counter space. But that is also one of its big drawbacks…the small size gives you very limited cooking capability. I can’t see how you would fit a chicken in this oven…maybe a couple of Cornish game hens…but not a full chicken. I like the fact that this is a ‘dual oven’..i.e…two cooking chambers. The company claims the bottom one is big enough to heat up side dishes..lI can’t see that. To me, the only thing you could fit in the bottom oven are french fries, cookies, or….as you see in the picture…a pizza. The rack does make a nice peel. Operating this ‘Calphalon Performance Dual Oven’ isn’t all that difficult. You just select the function on the oven you want to use…set the time and temp…and push to arrow button to start preheating. When it’s ready, it beeps. Just know you have to press the arrow again to start it cooking. I like the fact that the oven counts up the temperature as it preheats. I never saw a small oven do that. The pizza I cooked in this oven came out great. Th crust was crispy, and the toppings hot and the cheese melted. And it actually did it in the tine suggested on the package…nice. One thing I wish this ‘Calphalon Performance Dual Oven’ has was a lighted keypad. The words and numbers are small and on a dark background which makes them difficult to see. But all in all, I do like this ‘Calphalon Performance Dual Oven’. It’s works well…has nice styling..and bakes a good pizza. I can recommend it in spite of the drawbacks.

Worthy of countertop real estate
I ordered the Calphalon Performance 12-in-1 Air Fry Toaster Oven in Dark Stainless. We love this air fryer/toaster oven! Calphalon is known for its high quality, and this appliance is no different. It is great that it is so versatile, and offers so many features in one appliance. My husband said that this air fryer makes excellent chicken wings. My daughter especially likes cooking spring rolls in it. I like having clean minimalistic countertops, and do not like having superfluous items on my counters. Yet this air fryer/toaster oven has deemed itself worthy of countertop real estate. It is that good, and looks that good!

Cool oven
This Calphalon dual performance oven is a neat device. My son used it to heat some restaurant leftovers and it worked great. Better than the microwave. My husband used it to make nachos, cook some appetizers and then cook shrimp. It was fast and everything turned out great. Heats up quickly. Cooks well. Doesn't take up a ton of space on the counter. It's so versatile. We love it!
