You could probably make your own.
Used it for potato head costume. My boyfriend is wearing it in the pic. I just used a regular pillow tucked in my stretch pants . But I’m sure my bf was not willing to do that so I got him this which he wore. But it’s really just a sling of fabric so if you’re handy with sewing, you could make your own.

Gave the belly look we hoped for!
Ordered for my husband to wear to a Christmas Costume Party. It held a regular sized pillow perfectly and gave it the round belly look we were hoping for. Stayed in place all night despite the fact that we were playing games and dancing. Could not give it 5 stars because the portion that goes behind the neck came undone immediately after putting it on. I don't have a sewing machine to resew it but a few safety pins did the job.

This worked perfect as a part of a halloween costume. It cost a bit too much for what you get but it worked for what I needed it for. Good quality, I don't think it will fall apart after many uses.

Perfect economic Santa belly. You just stuff it with whatever you want, so if you're trying to be Santa on a budget, this is probably a must.
