Whoever Designed This Product Understand Women

I thought something was wrong with me and my body for the longest time because penetrative sex was painful or nearly impossible. I just assumed this is how it had to be for me and spent a lot of time suffering in silence over it or avoiding intimacy at times. No one ever talked to me about this and I certainly didn't have the words, confidence or knowledge to talk about it with anyone. I was always slightly ashamed of my body because of it. But as I grew increasingly frustrated with this, I began reading more things and I discovered that vaginismus is something that can happen to women's bodies, that it's normal and that there are solutions. There wasn't anything wrong with me just because it wasn't as easy for me as it was maybe for other women. Some of the other products that do the same thing this product does looked uncomfortable and hard. These are so woman friendly - wonderfully soft, curved, gentle, easy to use and not threatening looking. It sounds dramatic but these were a life changer for me. They really empowered me to take better control of my own body. Whoever designed this product understands women. It was worthy every penny.

High quality, natural feel

Very pleased with the quality of this product. The dilators have a natural-feeling weight and texture. They are firm but also a bit flexible. The smallest is about the size of a pinkie finger and the largest is, um, approximately life-size. My physical therapist recommends these "trainers" for women dealing with post-menopausal aging or a medical event that has made intercourse painful, to help regain function. My only suggestion for improvement is to include a discrete case or sack for storage.

Pretty good dilators,, I wish they had a different handle

Because of some vaginal surgery, I developed tissue granulation inside may vaginal canal that needed to be cauterized, and I have to dilate to get my vaginal width back. Those dilators seem to do a good job, I just wished they had a different kind of a handle, and they could be a bit longer. Except for those points, I am pretty happy with them. They are made of a very smooth silicone material, and feel good in this sensitive area. My ob/gyn recommended I use coconut oil as a lubricant, and I like it. It is less messy than the commonly used water based lubricants, and it is very slick, which means, less chances for any possible injuries.

Absolutely life-changing.

For someone who has struggled their whole life trying to get a tampon in unsuccessfully, and who has felt so broken because of it, this purchase was life-changing. I have never been successful getting anything “up there”, even though doctors have before (which was, of course, traumatizing). My first time using these dilators, I got the smallest one in and was SHOCKED. The next day, I got the second one in. So many tears of relief and renewed confidence after the last decade and some. This was exactly what I have needed — I just wish I had ordered them sooner!! DON’T HESITATE if you’re on the fence!

Great Product at an Awesome Price.

I bought this kit following the recommendation of my pelvic floor physical therapist. Although the plastic kits are cheaper I think this silicone set is just the right price and much more comfortable than using plastic. The smallest size did feel a little sharp so I recommend starting with the next to the smallest size. The finger loop makes it easy to use and the curve and smoothness of the silicon follows the natural contour of the body. It’s also easy to clean and discreet enough to use prior to sex or during foreplay. Although I haven't tried it you can also use a vibrator in the finger loop. I only wish it came with a carrying/storage pouch. I definitely would recommend for anyone with pelvic floor dysfunction or vagismus.

Pelvic Physical Therapy Win!

I am a pelvic physical therapist and I love these. I have so many patients with pelvic pain of various kinds. Whether it is deep pain with sex, or burning pain around the vaginal opening, these can help. I appreciate these because they are affordable compared to similar therapy dilator sets that cost $90-200 like SoulSource. These are the closest thing I've been able to find to suggest that my patients buy and use. I also bought myself a set to test them out. I have a tight pelvic floor myself that can be irritating. I found the smallest dilator to feel a little too "stabby" because the tip is so thin. But the rest of the dilators were really helpful and the fact that they gradually become wider allows you to be able to slowly work up to a wider circumference without having to switch dilators as often. You can even use these to press into and stretch the deep pelvic floor muscles much like a therapy pelvic wand, although it is a little trickier using the soft ring as a handle.

These gave me back my sex life

These gave me back my sex life after years of not being able to have intercourse. Menopause and hypothyroidism caused severe tightness as well as dryness. These don't work overnight, but if you are diligent and keep at it, the end result is like a miracle! No more painful intercourse, and my husband and I are so happy! Vaginismus kann man damit besiegen

Jeder der es hat weiß, dass vaginismus nichts schönes ist. Nach ein paar verzweifelten Tagen, endlosen YouTube-Videos und Google suchen bin ich dann auf dilatoren gekommen. Sie sind zwar, wie ich finde, etwas teuer aber vermutlich das einzige Hilfswerk für diese ... nennen wir es Krankheit. Das einzig dumme ist, dass man nicht wirklich eine gebrauchsanleitung findet zum besiegen von vaginismus. Auf jeden Fall muss man dranbleiben. Egal wie nervig oder schmerzhaft es manchmal sein kann, man darf nicht aufgeben! und nur einmal die Woche trainieren. Ich habe es jeden Tag ein, bis zweimal gemacht. Habe mich durch die verschiedenen Größen versucht und arbeite mit der Größe, wo ich immer noch Schmerzen habe. Langsam gewöhnt man sich dann an jede Größe, solange bis man keine Schmerzen mehr hat. Es ist nunmal ein langwieriger Prozess, dessen Dauer jedoch damit zusammenhängt, wie oft man trainiert. Nach wenigen Tagen hatte ich Erfolge, was auch mein Freund bemerkt hat. Ich konnte am Anfang nicht einmal einen Tampon in mich einführen. Mittlerweile komme ich locker bis Größe 4 ohne Schmerzen zu haben. Das nach nicht einmal einem Monat. Ich muss mich allerdings einer Rezension anschließen. Die fünfte Größe ist definitiv kleiner als so manch Penis und der Nachteil ist, dass man auf jeden Fall noch einen Dildo braucht. Denn Penisse sind ja nicht vorne spitz und werden immer größer, nein, sie fangen gleich groß an, weshalb man noch immer Probleme haben wird, wenn man selbst die letzte größte in sich einführen kann. Wenn ich dann mal bei der fünften Größe bin werde ich wohl damit weiter trainieren müssen. Aber man kann vaginismus definitiv heilen, wenn man es denn auch wirklich will.

Very good set to train with

I am dealing with Vaginismus, and this product helped me a lot. My physiotherapist told me to purchase a set of dilators, and this set was one of the options I consulted with her about - and I do not regret picking this one. The silicone is very high quality, it's soft and has a nice finish. The variety of sizes and the curved shape make it a very good practice for those who need to strengthen / work out their muscles down beneath. I am very happy with it and I can happily say that thanks to this set, I am soon to be cured :) However, you cannot use a massager with these as claimed, so if you're looking for a compatible set of dilators to use with a vibrator, this isn't for you. However, if you're dealing with Vaginismus or any similar situation as me, this set will be very handy for you. Might also be good as a first kit for beginners.

Very effective, if you persevere!

This silicone is much more comfortable and therefore effective than hard plastic. I bought the set some time last year, and have used just the largest one. Used with the 'Yes OB' plant oil, my vagina has expanded totally, against my expectations and fears. In the last few months I've also gone onto Body-identical HRT and testosterone, which is likely to have helped. After years of vaginal shrinking and tightness, (despite being enjoyable sexually active), this is now beyond my wildest hopes!

So pleased I chose these ones!

I have had a great deal of surgery and have experienced a lot of pain and discomfort as a result. My NHS physiotherapist offered me a set of dilators for free, but they were the hard plastic kind, and she told me that these ones would be better, as they're a more natural shape and texture--the taper and the flexibility of the material they're made from is so much more comfortable to use, and struggling with something that's hard and blunt when you're already in pain is not really going to help. In short, I'm really glad I bought these, as they are already helping me overcome the problems left by all the surgeries and treatments I've had. I recommend them. (I don't think they're intended to use with a massager, as is suggested elsewhere, as they're just dilators, but if you're inventive I don't see why you couldn't!)
