It’s just ok…..

Overall it looks decent. Biggest reason why I decided not to use it is that it hinders the effectiveness of the heated steering wheel so I decided to remove it. The width of the steering wheel after install takes a little adjustment.

2014 Ram 1500 Steering Wheel

The cover its well priced. Looks good and feels good, solidly made. However it took a lot to get this on my truck. I read that it couldn't be done through other people reviews. However, I've always liked a challenge. I got it on with hard work and only myself. You need to put this cover in the OVEN to heat it up enough so it could fit on the steering wheel. After several attempts without it warm i realized it couldn't be done. So after 3 attempts at warming it up I got a good temperature at 180 degrees Ferinheight. Left it in there for 10 minutes. Now it is very hot, i didn't use gloves and the tips of my fingers got pretty damn hot and i actually got burned. but I'm a man, and a mans gotta do what a mans gotta do. you live in you learn (but i also wanted to have the dexterity in my fingertips so i chose to opt out of gloves since you'll need every centimeter you can get). After heating up the wheel several times I would stretch out the cover with my arms trying to expand it, then put it back in the oven, that seemed to have worked well. So after working a lot of muscle into it, i finally got it on. BUT since the steering wheel is already decent sized, this cover makes the wheel pretty damn thick. without the cover the wheel is 4.5 inches thick. with the cover on id say its around the 6 to 6.5 thick inch range. I have big hands and inst a problem, it was actually tougher to drive the steering wheel without the cover than it is with it. but for others it may be difficult to drive (women and smaller people and such). Also BEFORE you get it on, make sure the placement of the logo is where u want it. I kinda overlooked that part cause i just wanted the damn thing on. But now it kinda bugs me knowing its off to the side a little. but eventually you forget about it and you don't really notice it. but through all the punishment i put it through its held up sturdily. (little frayed pieces of string came off but nothing major) sorry for the long comment i just am very thorough and this was a pretty big pain. Keep your trucks lookin' nice people! Hope this helped! It really does fit.

Put the cover in the sun. Let it get really hot then it becomes pliable and it goes on very easy. I saw a lot of reviews that stated it does not fit. Heat is the key. It fits perfectly once it is heated. I am not sure if it is leather but it is a nice product at a good price.

Solid cover

Fits my 2014 Ram 1500 Big Horn. Took me about 5 mins to install after leaving in the sun for a few hours. Got a couple blisters doing it but its on!! Looks fantastic and feels great.

Tough getting on but possible

My husband tried to put this on his Ram truck steering wheel & couldn't muscle it on. After reading some of the reviews, we threw it in a hot dryer for 20 minutes & with me holding it in place he was able to get it on. We are both seniors with not much strength in our hands but were able to get it done after heating it up to make it more pliable.

Great top quality product

Great Product you will not be dissatisfied it did take a little to get it on but well worth it not as bad as everyone says it is but the quality of the product is great I have a 2021 ram big horn fit perfect

Damn near broke my fingers/thumb trying to get this on!

It looks amazing PERFECT for my RAM 2018 Power Wagon, but holy shit, this took THREE Hours to install. Used the hair dryer trick but helped very little.....two people would have made this easier but doing it by yourself is damn near impossible. Could have been my fault since I kept this in the packaging for two months since I got it and didnt take it out to let it "open up" I suppose. Please keep in mind I have been powerlifting for 15 years and even with my crazy strength, I BARELY got this on by myself. Would get 5 stars but the installation was insane.....
