Nice Image, Lacking Quality Control

This was a fun puzzle to do and the picture was great. What wasn't fun was that multiple pieces came "naked" and their paper picture tops were separate. I pulled out a glue stick and attempted to connect them myself. Seems like maybe the puzzle factory glue machine was running out? This brand also has a LOT of puzzle dust that comes with the pieces.

Great quality

Great quality pieces. Fun, but easy

Hard puzzle but great fun

Loved this even though it was challenging. Took me over a month to put together. Only thing I didn't like was the pieces got stuck together easily and very hard to get apart without pulling top layers apart.

The picture was separated from the cardboard on 3 pieces before we even started.

This is a beautiful puzzle, and difficult enough to be challenging but not unbearable. However, I was very disappointed to find three of the pieces where the picture was not attached to the cardboard piece, see photo. Also, some pieces were difficult to separate when sorting the pieces in the beginning. This is the first Buffalo brand puzzle I have had an issue with, and I have done several in the last year.

Image separated from puzzle before opening

The quality of the picture was great - however - there were SEVERAL pieces that were separated from the image before we even opened the box. I have never seen this before. We still did the puzzle with the extra challenge but the quality of the puzzle was low because of the glue. Normally I trade puzzles with a friend and this one goes straight to the trash.

Picture not glued to the pieces

I usually love Buffalo Games puzzles, but am really disappointed by the quality of this one. Found between 10-20 pieces that were detached from the picture.

Awful!

The media could not be loaded. I was so excited to start another puzzle… until I started finding numerous picture pieces without the puzzle back attached! I decided to suck it up and just glue the picture back onto the piece, until I got to the very end of sorting… just to find out that I had 6 picture pieces, but only 5 puzzle backs. I never have this issue with Buffalo puzzles, ever. I think out of all of the puzzles I’ve done, I may have had 1-2 pieces that weren’t glued properly. Prior to these last 6 pieces, I had already glued back together another 6-7. So this was no bueno!

Magnifique casse tete, bonne qualité

Damaged pieces

I love the quality of Buffalo puzzles and have done several but this one came with several pieces that the picture had seperated from the cardboard. Typically Buffalo puzzles I would rate 5 star though

Terrible quality. Picture separating from cardbord. Buffalo Games...

How does this even get sold? Many pieces top pictures were completely separated from the cardboard base and almost every other piece was not fully glued. Buffalo Games is clearly not to be mistaken for Ravensburger or Clementoni. Returned.
