Great cup!
This mug is nice. The lid folds back and clips in the open position. The insulation is fantastic. A hot beverage stays hot for an extremely long time. This is the cup to take on long road trips. This will keep your tea or other hot beverage hot. It's big. You won't need to stop for refills often, though you may need to stop for a rest area break after drinking all the contents.

easy to handle and my husband loved it
My husband had another tumbler that was so use and it was starting to peel so I decide to get him this tumbler and he lovesss it. He told me was a good gift for his birthday. He always carries his tumbler ESPECIALLY for the summer in Florida we have to constantly drink water. So far he is enjoying it and likes it very much.

Great Mugs, Great Company!
I love these mugs and have ordered 3 different colors now. The 3rd mug I ordered arrived with the tab on the lid broken and was the last in stock in that color. I emailed the manufacturer and was pleasantly surprised when they responded back just a few minutes later with a solution!. I have traveled with these mugs for years, have even thrown my mug in my back pack full of coffee, forgot about it, threw it under my seat, and was relieved when I remembered it and found that it hadn't spilled a drop. I fill it with coffee before my 5 1/2 hour red eye flight, sleep through the flight, and when I wake I enjoy my nice hot cup of coffee :) Stays hot for hours, love it!

great mug
This thermos is the best vessel for keeping my drink cold or hot. My iced water stays cold for hours in even in a hot car. For convenience I use long metal straws.

Absolutely love my cup. Keeps my ice almost all day and my drinks fresh instead of watered down. So good I bought my wife one and it’s really all we use for beverages

Totally leak proof.
The tab that seals the drinking opening is the weakest link. Do not use it for leverage when loosening or tightening the lid.

Manufacturer honors its lifetime warranty
I used my Hero mug to bring my drink to the gym 3 days a week for 4 years, so it had many hours of use. It fits in the car, the seal is perfect & and the ice doesn't melt. I think it's perfect. But in early March the handle became loose & then fell off. I reported this to the maker & within 3 fasts they sent a replacement. Outstanding service is a rarity nowadays & they now have a lifelong customer.

Great deal on handy thermos
Super price and this handle works great to hang on shopping carts or my work bench. Keeps coffee hot for a couple of hours so I will hopefully stop drinking gallons!.

Coffee stays hot for hours
I had a black one of this same mug for several years but replaced it as the flip top was accidentally broken off. I not only use this mug for travel, but also use it at home as I enjoy just sipping my coffee and this mug keeps my coffee hot for a good part of the day. The handle is also easy on the hand to hold onto.

Great mug
Keeps hot for a long time. Holds a litre of liquid. Seals good no leaks from lid. Only complaint is that handle always comes loose. Have to take off handle cap and tighten the screw constantly.

Huge mug, strong & keeps my drinks either hot or cold for a very long time.

Great mug if you work outdoors and like a big mug of hot Coffee, too large for most car cup holders but with a big solid handle you can hook it somewhere secure.
