not as good as I hoped for fabric
I wanted this for cutting quilting pieces but loses it's stick too quickly for my liking. But will use for doing appliques that require Pelon stiffener

Remember to heavily starch your fabric before putting it on the mat.
Fabric sticks quite well so it does not more when cutting. Having it heavily starched makes it easier to cut and remove

They work
These work, but now that there is a new fabric mat for DX machines, I am not sure these are the best option. I just received my SDX 125e a few days ago, and already I'm knee deep in accessories orders. I bought my machine primarily for some intricate applique cutting (for which the freezer paper hack will not suffice), so right away I ordered the new fabric mat and thin fabric auto blade that I'd need for my project. Well, the supplier I ordered from is taking forever, so I decided to give these high tack sheets a try. They are very sticky and thus work well for fabric, but there are some issues. Installation is not as easy as it could be. Most of this is due to the sheets being packaged and shipped in a roll. If Brother can package and ship the mats flat, I'm not sure why they can't do the same thing with the support sheets. It makes the installation process quite a pain. I can also tell each sheet won't last too long - but then, I think they make up for it by providing four of them. We'll have to see how much use I get out of them. If you have a DX machine, this still might be the more cost effective way to cut fabric - the new fabric mat retails for $39.99. But then, that price tag could be worth it to avoid installing these!

Undecided as to value
I am using the fabric mat to cut applique pieces for a quilt. It worked well for the first use. Cutting fabric results in lots of fuzz and bits of thread to stick to the mat. It didn’t take long for the stickiness to leave the surface. I cleaned the mat and the stickiness was not strong enough to hold my fabric. I have ordered the Zig glue to use on the mat. The cost is more than the value, in my opinion. Prior to using the fabric mat, I used the standard mat with the fabric support sheet. The fabric support sheet gets cut into little pieces and does not last long, either. Although I am not blown away with the mats, I do love my Scan N Cut.

It was a bit difficult to get it onto the mat without ruining it or my mat.
I ruined a very good mat with this product. Not happy.

Good for a couple uses
On first applying this I was really happy. Nice tack holds fabric in place well for cutting. But I don’t think the auto blade recognizes it as a mat and it just cuts right through it. So after a few cuts you get small pieces of it pulling up with your fabric. Then trying to get the rest of it up is a nightmare. I’ll probably use the ones I bought but I don’t think I’d buy them again.

Works Great
Easy to use, but difficult to clean. When I experiment a bit more, I’ll learn the best way to clean and hopefully re-use.
