It works

I needed a bottle to replace my gallon one I was using. Product is well made. With that being said once it's full it's a little heavy because of the metal. Like the lid options but not a fan that it doesn't have a better handle more like a bucket handle or one that attaches yo the base of the mouth. The small area on the handle one is not quite big enough if your hands are full.

This thing is a BEAST!

I finally caved and got the SUPER upgrade from the 64oz one I've had for years and years (mostly because I lost that one... turned up two weeks later under the passenger seat of my car). This one... this one Will Not Be Lost. Ever. It is absolutely gargantuan. I've taken to simply referring to it as "the weapon", because if I hit somebody with it while full it would probably kill them. ???? While I *can* hang it from a carabiner on my Bag of Holding, this buddy will *not* be coming on walks with me unless I make myself a double-wrap belt to distribute the weight of it. If it's on my desk or bedside table, I don't even have to lean down to get to the straw (and yes, you DO want the straw lid, especially if you bring it to the gym with you!). My goal is to drink a full bottle every day. So far I have not yet met that goal. Cleaning this thing is pretty simple, although I have a bottle brush from a brew store so I can reach the bottom easily if a scrubbing needs to occur. Mostly I just add hot water and a bit of soap and put the cap back on, then shake the bottle up. The lid itself is a bit more finicky, but not a huge deal. DO pop the straw bits off to wash them - not just the actual straw, but the mouth piece - because crud can grow in the pivot point. This is one of the few vacuum bottles I've owned that I don't mind hand washing, because there's no WAY it'll fit in the dishwasher! I'm also pretty happy because It Does Not Leak. The 64oz one would occasionally have leaking issues on its side, although I think that may have been a lid issue? The 128oz baby, though, can lie on its side in my passenger seat and never lose a drop. Which is good, because there's no way it can remain standing on a turn. I am really, REALLY happy with my new baby, and I'm looking forward to many more years of watching the look on people's faces when I show it off - not to mention the hydration it enables! Simple Modern killing it again with gorgeous design and high capacity!

Very nice, lid could be better

Positives, Water tight, holds enough, is ACTUALLY vacuum insulated, takes all the other lids. Negatives, kind of expensive, while the leak proof lid might work for smaller water bottles, the sheer mass of water pressing on the seal means it's going to leak if it ends up on it's side while full, the one way air valve is also a bit tight so drinking takes a bit more effort than I would like. Call it a 6/10 I don't dislike it but I would like it to be better for the money.

Great water bottle and great cost!

My boyfriend absolutely loves this water bottle. He drinks a lot of water through out the day and this bottle keeps it cold and with the straw lid, it's very easy to drink from. The only downside is cleaning. Because of its shape and size, it's a little difficult to clean. Other than that, I can't recommend this bottle/brand enough!

Love hot big it is and how cold it keeps my drinks.

I like to drink a lot of crystal light so its typically what I put in my bottles. Sometimes if I don't drink from it for 30-45 minutes to an hour, when I flip up the drinking spout thingy the juice shoots out of it. I don't know if its because of trapped air, slight carbonation, or a defective straw, but this little accident has happened more than once and caused some problems. However, the bottle is big enough to keep me hydrated throughout my volleyball practices so I love it for that.

GREAT PRODUCT- Only one thing MISSING

Love the product overall but I wish it had a carrying pouch or even a boot for this size. My friend has a 64oz and they offer the boot for that size but there aren’t really accessories for the large gallon size. I have been making it a goal to drink a gallon a day (plus I don’t like the water at work) and this has made it easier to meet my goal and not run out of water when I’m on shift! I just wish it was easier to carry with a shoulder strap carrier so I don’t have to use a reusable shopping bag and I have knocked it over a time or two without it having the protective/stability boot. Hoping that the competitors carrier will fit for the time being.

So Amazing!

Such an Amazing bottle! Well worth what I paid for it, and does its job really well. Box was opened on arrival, but I think someone checked for rattling inside, which was the 3 lids I would buy again in a heartbeat

The straw lid leaks. Dont know why hardly anyone mentions in the reviews...

I'm not sure if it's just my copy, but the straw lid leaks. Otherwise it's good but I mostly use straw lid which is kind of a bummer and will be one for those out there who are looking to use the straw lid most of the times.
