No way to fix
This is a review after owning the bag for almost 2 years. It has gone to "ANYPLACE" Mexico and then all the way to Indonesia. I have always, always had more room than I have weight available. What I mean is, I will always hit my 50lbs before this bag even comes close to being full. Surprisingly the bag is very light when it is empty so can actually put a lot of stuff in it for traveling. The zippers are quit durable and it has survived the dreaded "GORILLA" handler toss numerous times. The one reason and the only reason I did not give it 5 stars is due to the fact that you CANNOT replace the wheels unless you do some major DYI drilling. The wheels are riveted in and not bolted on. Uggggggg! I was unfortunately upgraded from the GORILLA baggage handler to the dreaded KING KONG baggage handler and he dragged the wheels sideways while it was hanging out of the cart on the ground while pulling up to the plane, he even looked back at and seem to speed up. I actually saw this while sitting on the plane and felt a new type of anger. Anyway! The damage is pretty bad but I just knew I could replace the wheels and then, low and behold.....YOU CANNOT. Other than that it has been a pretty awesome bag but I will not replace it with the same brand but rather move to a brand that gives you the ability to replace the wheels since they actually receive and ton of damage.

Excellent large rolling duffel
Very impressive workmanship on this duffel; everything seems built to last. I haven't had a chance to travel with it yet but I practiced packing using the Bagail 6-pack cubes https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07D4F1T2L and the Simple Houseware 4-pack cubes https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07R7D4V5Y, and it all fits nicely in the duffel with one or two cubes left over. I take long car trips with my dog and I wanted a rolling duffel big enough to hold the dog stuff and plenty of clothes, so I don't need to make multiple trips with smaller bags between car and hotel room, or hassle with the hotel luggage trolley while checking in with an energetic 50-lb dog. I can't wait to load up this new beast and hit the road!

Made of very sturdy material !
Plenty of storage compartments, secures nice, rolls excellent, bpacks better then any of the other 36" Duffles I've used in 26 years of travel. Wish the handle came out further then one click, but thats minor !

It's decent
I've traveled with this about 5 times as a checked bag on flights. It hasn't fallen apart like other reviewers have mentioned. Overall, fairly durable. It's able to fit a lot of stuff and has lots of pockets. Not a bad bag.

A little large
Item was well made and as described. Was just a little large for air travel.

Too heavy.
Although the quality is pretty good but I believe they could make it a little bit lighter.

Very smart duffel bag with much area for delicate stuff
I flew with it and found that it was light despite my heavy content. Easy to maneuver and really a very manageable size

Pleasantly Surprised!
I initially was hesitant to commit to buying these bags, but I am so glad I did! It was the price that threw me off, seemed just too be to low to be a high quality product. However, I took the leap and was proven wrong. These bags are very sturdy, made from high quality tough material and the wheels are holding up nicely so far. I love that they are split into individually zippered upper and lower compartments making it easy to get to the stuff in the bottom even once fully packed. In addition there are several exterior pockets to hold items that need to be readily accessible or get added later (like in our winter jackets once we got into the airport). Fully packed (including several pairs of shoes and snorkeling gear) they still stayed below the 50lbs allotted per bag. I love that they stand on end on their own, thanks to a bar opposite of the wheels, unlike our previous Samsonite wheeled duffles. Handles extend far enough so the bags don't hit you in the legs as you walk with them, and the two handles on top make it easy to load them into your car or onto a luggage carrier. Great bags and can hold their own with much more expensive ones, would highly recommend!

good concept, poor design
The bag is big and weighs 5kg, so there's a quarter of your baggage weight allowance gone already. I guess this is for those who plan on taking over-sized baggage and more than average items. However, unless the bag is stuffed fully it will not stand on its end so you either have to lay it down flat or continually hold the handle to stop it falling over. not practical if you ned both hands to get your passport out! On the first trip the baggage handlers were heavy handed and the underside-runners got smashed to pieces on the trip. This is likely to happen to others. (see image) They seem too ridged and brittle, certainly for the care-free handling it received. Its not easy to pull as the weight of the bag is in your hands at an angle of around 45 degrees. The wheels run smooth but its more like pulling or pushing a lawnmower around. the concept is good- plenty of compartments, its quite large, there are several handles but i would not have bought this knowing what i know now.

Great bag
Fabulous bag! The different zips and compartments are very practical. I love that the upper part can be accessed from the top outside or via the net on the inner side. The wheels roll well, the telescopic handle is great, the zips are of good quality, the straps work great to make the bag compact when not fully packed. The material is not too stiff or soft - just right. It is a very well designed and made bag. Only one downside, the bag does not stand upright - at least not when not packed to the absolute maximum. It survived long air travels as hold luggage and airport treatment which is never gentle as we all know. It does everything what we wanted and as described.

Sturdy but heavy
Been using this bag for the past four years and all use has been via airline travel, around six return trips. Considering the missuse its received at airports its lasted well. The outside pocket zip has broken, the bag corners have been patched up due to conveyor belt wear, plus the underside protection rails have broken. Have not had a problem with the wheels or the retractable handle. It is quite stable when you pack the heaviest items at the wheeled end of the bag. As mentioned in other reviews the bag is very heavy, which can be frustrating when trying to meet your baggage weight allowance.

Survived a hectic con, a 7 hours of train travel and can literally fit a a goat and zebra head....
This was a fantastic buy! I needed a huge bag to get my costume to a convention which involved 2 expanding foam filled masks and two large sets of wings. Not only could it hold that costume but it also was able to hold all my clothes and 3 other costumes of a smaller size needed for the 4 days away. And i still had a comaprtment free! It is VERY heavy when full so get ready to stop to catch your breath if you go up hill. It also took up the entire heavy baggae compartment on the train. You could probably fit your smaller friend in here to sneak on holiday with (please dont, they need to breath!). The base didnt drag at all like for some people but i made sure to but shoes in bottom compartment so it stayed flat at the base and didnt sag. Plastic supports held well despite me frequently booting it to tip it for pulling along. Hoping to bring with me to more conventions, far better than taking multiple bags.

Good but heavy
This bag offers a compromise between a traditional wheeled case and a duffel-type. The semi-rigid bottom appears robust, and provides structure. There are lots of pockets/ compartments, including a net-type division between the top and bottom halves. This means the contents will more reliably stay in place, and all the heavy stuff won't migrate to one end. There are straps to provide shape and tension. When full, the bag stands well on one end, with the slightly-larger-than usual wheels ready for use. There are two grab handles at the top at right angles to the long axis of the bag, which facilitates swinging it into a car boot. Oddly, there are no central top handles. This is the most significant omission in the design. The bag is made quite heavy by the bottom section, and I wouldn't necessarily choose it if weight is an issue. I'm also concerned that the (quite heavy-duty) zips may be badly placed for wear/strain. I think I like it. I bought it because my larger bag is just too heavy when full, so I'm experimenting with this more moderate sized item and a smaller bag for overnight essentials. I may come back and edit this if experience suggests anything further.
