Fun for dad & son + one tip.
Played this game lots of times. Balls can launch very high very accurately. For best accuracy, draw pointing downward as if shooting a long bow and then aim up with the ball resting against your inner elbow/bicep. The rubber bands on the balls do break, and be warned that they come in 3 sizes and the only good size is the large (which is the 4-pack). The medium (5-pack) is simply unusable and for some reason the physics just don’t work. Balls last a few hours of play each, or maybe a dozen hours if the user can’t put much strain on the band. The 4-pack of balls is what you want for replacements and the slingshot balls that come with the toy are the size large, so you won’t necessarily need replacements right away, but when you do get replacements make sure you get the size large. A 5-pack of balls or a six pack are the wrong ball size.

Finally a positive review - After writing about some toys that were either junk or just boring it is nice to share a great product with other parents. My boys are now 10, 8 and 4 and all 3 love this game. it is a combination slingshot and catch. You hook the blue rubber-band that is attached to an orange ball to a small hook on the catching handle. You then slingshot the orange ball to the other person who catches it in their net. My kids are hooked. For a few weeks now they come to me and ask if I will play it with them in the yard. It is not a good individual game. You really do need 2 people to have more fun. They shoot it as high as they can to me and are always impressed if I can actually catch it...Oddly it has become a time to talk with each of them about their days at school. I am ordering another set so that 3 or 4 of us can play at the same time. We have lost a few in the trees so definitely order extra replacement sets. Now my 4 year old can do this but most of his friends cannot - he is more coordinated than an average 4 year old. I don't think my older boys could have pulled back the band to the ball while keeping it still hooked on the handle (picture if your child could use a slingshot). I think it would frustrate many 4 year olds. The djubi junior though I do not own looks like it is just smaller - I can't see wanting a smaller net to catch the ball in, nor do I think it would make pulling the slingshot any easier for a younger kid. It takes a few throws to get the hang of it but you will love it. It sits by our door and gets used weekly which as you know is rare for toys these days!!

Surprisingly fun!
We got these out for Memorial Day weekend and everyone who tried them enjoyed playing. The ball goes REALLY far, but is still easy to catch in the net (if you get close enough!). Got some exercise chasing the less accurate shots, and played for quite a while without it getting boring. A great alternative to frisbee or other back and forth games. The only issue is durability (3 stars). The rubber bands are already showing significant wear/degradation from stretching after only a couple of hours of use. I suspect they will break soon.

So fun- even for adults
This is so much fun, and a great equalizer for kids and adults to play together since it’s easy for both young and old people to be good at this! Get the extra balls though. When my son plays with his friends, the balls tend to disappear into neighbors’ yards or the street drain with their “Watch this” shots.

Great and enjoyable toy for the short time that it lasts.
This toy in fun and enjoyable, however the durability is very poor. The launchers separated after 2 days of use allowing the net to loosen and made it no longer useable.

Great backyard/beach game
I’m hooked on sling ball (or, as we call it around here, Djubi ball). It’s great for the backyard or the beach. Just hook the stretchy strap (attached to the soft foam ball) around the hook on your net and let it fly. The other player tries to catch it in their net. Then they hook the strap to their net and launch it back to you. Very simple but very fun and requires a little bit of skill to get the distance/arc right. It’s almost like a real life angry birds kind of game :) Highly recommended!

We LOVE Slingball! Excellent outdoor toy!
We LOVE Slingball! We received Slingball as a gift, and we have spent many hours outside launching the ball back and forth across fields. What a fun twist on the game catch! We enjoyed it so much that we bought an extra set so 4 people could play at once. It is a little hard for younger children to use, but I'd say 8 and up should be strong enough to launch the ball. Great outdoor toy! Be sure to buy extra balls because they may snap after many uses.

This is THE most fun game you never knew you needed!
Somehow, we stumbled on this game a few years ago. We purchased it and loved it and wore it out. My daughter used it at her 10th birthday party and all the boys went crazy for it. We had to repurchase because the ball went missing, but I didn't mind one bit because it has kept my kids occupied during this crazy pandemic. It's definitely a game I recommend to everyone I know... sadly, not many people know about this game and it's a shame because it's so fun and it's so GOOD! And it's definitely worth buying. Get it and then report back -- your kids will absolutely LOVE IT!

Not the easiest to set up
Works well once you figure out how to set it up - a bit buggy

Durability
Fun toy, but the net started to pull away from the frame. Took off three stars because it won't last more than one summer.

It broke within the first 10 attempts to shoot it.
The rubber band came out of the ball within the first few minutes of use. It wasn't been used particularly hard--it was clearly not attached properly. Fortunately we can still play catch with the rackets and ball, but a big disappointment as launching the ball seemed like the main fun of this toy.
