Fancy is trouble
Short version - We are now working on sink #3 and the #@$%?! thing isn't even installed yet! Long version - We ordered this sink from Amazon for a kitchen remodel. When the counter guy inspected the sink, he found pitting on the inside of the bowl, indicating that the casting was poor. Contacted the Blanco distributor rep who agreed and instructed us to return. Onward to sink #2 which was ordered from a local business. No pitting was noticed when inspected in the store. Home it came. Our stalwart counter guy inspected the sink and noticed cracks at the junction of the bowl separator and the back. Sounds of disbelief. Especially since the hole for the sink is now cut and we are faced with the decision of trying sink #3 or finding an entirely different sink that will fit the hole and our needs. The counter guy offered that he knew of a customer that was now on sink #3, so this wasn't unheard of. Who wants to be afraid of a sink? We have it in our heads that if we look at it sideways, it will break. It's a sink for Pete's sake not crystal. Since we are in deep with this sink, we will continue but the next sink is stainless steel, not fancy dancy. Addition to previous comment - We did indeed install sink #3. So far - a couple weeks in - there has been no trouble. The sink is beautiful against the soapstone counters. The dog loves her jacuzzi since the 'stone' is warmer than the previous steel sink and there is texture. Yes, we wash the dog in the kitchen sink. We will likely get two of those perforated vinyl sink bottom protectors to guard against potential problems if someone mis-judges the distance to the bottom of the sink as we have heavy glasses and flatware. So far, so good and still keeping my fingers crossed.

Blanco Metallic Grey Sink
I can't say enough about this sink. We just remodeled the kitchen and found out about these sinks from my sister. They come in a variety of shapes and colors. What I love is the durability it takes, up to 500 degrees in heat if you put a hot pan in it, no problem. Also very scratch resistance. It always looks new and super easy to clean. None of the problems that can come with porcelain or stainless steel. The colors let you blend it with your kitchen counters. The feel of the sink is so nice and the design we picked looks so great, its like a nice piece of furniture. We picked a 10" deep sink and what a difference. No more splashing out of the sink and onto me! The other nice thing although we couldn't get it is the strainers come in matching colors. Right now the metallic grey does not have the matching so we picked a brushed nickel to compliment our faucet. This may very well be the best part of our new kitchen as far as style and function goes.

Arrived Brocken twice refunds pending
I refused delivery twice as you could tell it did not look strong enough. Opened with UPS , not taped sufficiently, saw obvious damage. Still pending refunds

beautiful, and has not stained thus far
This sink is large, beautiful, and has not stained thus far. I love the little Blanco Logo to the left that makes it upscale. The center divider is a little lower profile which helps achieve the farm house look I was going for without sacrificing function. The rounded rectangle shape is also great for the transitional look - I have no regrets!

RETURN POLICY
Disappointed that the return window is so short. I didn't think of opening the box and inspecting my sink. I waited on my contract, which is beyond the return date. He found a flaw in the sink! Now I'm stuck with it! Large items such as this sink should have had a longer grace period for returns! What do I do now with it!!!

Love This Sink! (Blanco Performa 2.0 Truffle)
Love this sink! Did a kitchen remodel and purchased this sink to replace the old stainless steel sink we had. I could not be happier with this decision - it looks great, easy to clean, plenty deep. Would definitely buy again.

Great Seller, product damaged
I was so excited to get my sink. Excitement turned to disappointment. The sink was cracked down the middle and a large chunk cracked off the back. Seller was very kind during the return process. Disappointed it didn’t work out

Arrived damaged two times as well...
Order first, arrived damaged. Second just arrived, and damaged. Boxes were perfect, all packaging intact.
