Broken door: simple fix with needlenose pliars!
I've had this toaster oven for 10 months, and it's been pretty great! I can bake in it and the temperature is pretty accurate, but the door popped out a few weeks ago on the right side. At first I could pop it back in and it would be ok for a few more uses, but the popping out started happening more and more. At that point, I came on here and saw that this was not an uncommon issue for this toaster oven. I considered my options, and eventually decided to do some tinkering. I realized that the door is attached by a solid metal pin that runs from the arrow on the left to the circle on the right. The pin does not slide freely, but it moves enough that it had slid left and was no longer catching on the right side. The challenge was how to get it pushed to the right while in position. There was no good place to grab it on the right side! I ended up grabbing the metal pin on the left (see photos with pliars) and putting gentle pressure to the right while opening and closing the door to help the pin scoot over just a hair until the door was opening and closing like new! Good luck, and hopefully this helps keep a few toasters out of the dump!

bad design
Whoever designed the knobs on this thing must be compensating for something. They're so long, it's hard to see what each one is turned to without looking at it directly at it from an accurately perpendicular angle. I had to use a sharpie and some tape to draw a straight line from the little pit in the front of the knob to the settings on the faceplate so I didn't have to do that anymore. I know you get what you pay, for but why go to the extra effort to make something that's less expensive less desirable? As far as performance, it gets absurdly hot for something that draws 1,000 watts when on (according to my Kill-A-Watt). Probably due to the small size, but I can't be sure. But it works ok for now. Wouldn't recommend unless you're on a very tight budget (and have a very steady drawing hand).

Nice basic toaster oven
This is a nice, very basic toaster oven and for the low price, this is about what you should expect. It has a small footprint, so it works well in a small kitchen with limited counter space. That small footprint translates into a small oven cavity so forget about baking a cake in there. A couple of medium potatoes will fit fine (but see 3 below). The temperature control seems reasonably accurate. A few of negatives (again, consider the price): 1) non-adjustable rack; one position in the middle of the oven. 2) tiny markings on the dials; turn on the overhead kitchen lights and start squinting to see the markings. 3) that non-adjustable rack and small cavity size brings the top of the food very close to the upper heating element, so keep an eye on those large potatoes so they don't burn on top. 4) the timer goes only to 30 minutes; not enough time to bake a potato. So keep an eye on it so you can crank the timer around again when it shuts off after 30 minutes. 5) the exterior does get quite hot, so give other things on your counter some clearance. Definitely not an all purpose do-it-all, but for the price a quite serviceable appliance to bake your potatoes, make some toast, toast an english muffin or bagel (use the broil setting) or bake some frozen french fries.

It works really well, a little too well, maybe it’s just me?
Well I love it first off, I am primarily using it to toast bread and if I need to do something else I may. And sure I could’ve gotten a regular toaster but we don’t even have a microwave and so going back in forth between getting a microwave, toaster, or air fryer I felt like for me this toaster oven or convection oven just makes everything easier for me, as my husband isn’t big on breakfast and would eat toast with butter the majority of the time, don’t get me wrong he loves my cooking he just can’t eat specific foods due to his condition, but thats besides the point, the reason for my title is well I used it this morning for toasting bread and nearly burnt the bread! I read the directions and left the kitchen momentarily, it definitely took less then “10 mins” as described in the yellow note provided with the instructions, either I wasn’t using my brain or it was just one of those days but I did read those directions, but you know you learn as you go I love it so far, and hopefully will remain that way. Provided some pictures.

Great item, easy to use
I bought this because my sister insisted on using the regular stove's large oven to do stuff like make a baked potato. Geez. Anyway, I cook, toast and broil and this little oven and it works very well. I haven't baked a cake and because the elements are so close to food I hesitate to do that. Otherwise, it's a great little item, fits in my small kitchen and works fine. (I'm also expecting it to be kind to the electric bill as well.)

Great little oven
It cooks better than my Oster convection oven which has two heating elements on top and bottom. Even though it only has a single heating element on top and bottom, it cooks evenly and fast. It is the smallest toaster oven I've ever owned and takes up very little space. Best of all, it's not an expensive unit.

A classic toaster oven
Everything you want a classic toaster oven to do, it does and it does it reasonably well. Analog controls here, folks, so nothing fancy in the digital world at all. It toasts, it bakes, it broils and you don't have to use your big oven for lots of common jobs. What more could you want really?

Nice toaster oven
It's a good looking toaster but trying to read the dials is very difficult.(especially if you need cheaters to read) The directions are way more difficult and confusing than they need to be. I just don't understand why they did this, just bad consumer testing I guess. Overall once you memorize most of the settings it works great. I'm kinda particular about the doneness of my toast and your able to adjust this perfectly to your liking.
