it's effective but the stream is definitely strong
I installed this bidet in about 20 minutes with minimal cursing and barely thought about returning it during the installation. the aiming isn't super great and you just kind of have to guess at where you're aiming and adjust as needed until you get the right spot, or at least the general vicinity. the spray is for sure a strong one. sometimes it feels like it's the entire house water pressure focused out of super soaker water gun. it's actually hurt some butts in the house because of the stream intensity but i guess that's what needs to happen to insure the cleanliness.

I love my Bio Bidet!
At the time I purchased it, it was on a special sale so I didn’t even visit the site to see what other bidets were available. If I had, I would have purchased one with the hot/cold option. Still I have gotten used to it and I wouldn’t be without it! I only wish more people would have them because it’s a bummer (no pun intended, haha) when I visit and have to do without. It took less than 30 minutes to install and everything I needed was in the box. I don’t understand why some folks complain that there were no spacers or that their toilet seat is at a slant. Mine was definitely the budget model and the heavy duty spacers it came with haven’t failed me in over two years. Also, I find it very easy to clean and I am very particular when it comes to cleaning. All in all I give it 5 stars and for only another $20 or $30 I will purchase the warm water version next time!

Easy Clean
I have been wanting a bidet for some time now but did not want to spend all that money in installing a second toilet next to the one I have. Then came the adaptive bidets that connects to your existing toilet but still did not want to put electrical connection. Then finally, a product that works!!! BioBidet !!! Perfect because it just a plumbing connection to your existing toilet- Easy!!! It does a great job as well. I liked it so much, bought a second one for my guest bathroom. I am sure they will love the surprise and come out as clean as a whistle :)

Good Customer Service
Contacted Bemis by email due to a leaky T valve. They contacted me back by email and are sending me a replacement valve and rubber gasket at no charge. Thats good customer service. The bidet install was not as easy as described by others for us. Then with the leaky valve we had to uninstall it. Quite a hassle. Now we have had to replace the water line b,it started leaking too. Then the flapper broke from all the flushing. What a disaster this is turning into. I know why plumbers charge so much!

Clean Body Parts ;)
It was pretty easy to install. I’d say it took around 30-mins to install, and that was with my husband and I both working together and then on different parts. We’re both pretty handy. It’s a one person job but we wanted to install it quicker. It would be much faster installing a second time around, for a second job/toilet. So far happy. Will update if anything changes! Thx BioBidet.

Solid basic bidet, no electric power needed, great quality for exellent price
1. Recently installed my BioBidet SlimEdge, got it on Amazon for $46.18 with a coupon, around Cyber Monday time. Fantastic deal and no need to spend more on a Tushy or other more popular brands. This thing is perfect. 2. It works great! The jets are startlingly precise. I did get quite a bit of splash water around the underside of the seat, because while testing, I turned the jets up full blast and nearly gave myself an unexpected enema. The water pressure in my new apartment is WHOA!!! Thankfully I only found one drop of water on the actual floor on one side of the toilet after that anus-scathing event. This is BidBidet's "SlimEdge" model, so there was no gap between my toilet seat and the toilet rim - the existing "feet" on the toilet seat still connected with the rim in front, and nearly connected with the rim in back. There seems to be no risk of damage to the toilet seat, I think even a very heavy person would not damage it. So there was no need to attach the spacer feet that came included with the package, which I thought was nice - I noticed Amazon was suggesting a package of those paired with my order, which I didn't buy and turns out I wouldn't have needed. 2. The installation should have been SO easy - the instructions were simple and straightforward. But I had a hell of a time getting the t-valve connector screwed to the toilet fill valve. The included rubber cone washer wouldn't fit, it wouldn't allow the threads to catch, it was simply way too big. So it took a lot of trial and error with a pair of pliers (I didn't have an adjustable wrench, so chalk that PITA partially up to lack of proper tools), leaving the cone washer out, and numerous applications to the threads from that little vinyl plumbing tape dispenser they included in the package, before I could get a proper tight seal with no leakage. The very narrow space between my toilet and sink cabinet made this a particularly unpleasant job. But I finally got it, and it works perfectly. 3. I tested both the "butt" setting and the "female nether parts" setting and frankly couldn't tell much difference between the stream trajectory or strength. 4. I have to say, strictly from a personal habits/lifestyle perspective, this bidet turns out to be a bit of an unnecessary extravagance for me. As with most consumable items in my life, I am and have long been extremely minimalistic in my consumption habits. Alone, a toilet paper roll lasts me 2 weeks even without a bidet. And after a thorough bidet cleaning, it appears to me that I'll end up using the same amount of toilet paper just drying the toilet seat and rim after each use, than I would have if using it to wipe my butt without a bidet. That's not even counting using toilet paper to dry my hindquarters and nether regions - those personal parts came away wet enough that I'll probably just be using my personal bath towel to dry myself off after each bidet use. No way I'd just pull up shorts and/or pants after each use, without drying - they'd be soggy! 5. On a separate but related note - the flushing/tank refill mechanism in my toilet at my new apartment is INSANE! It is so powerful and fast. It's like a 2-second cyclone, and then by the 3rd second the tank and bowl are already refilled and you'd never know you had flushed. I could do 10 full flushes within 20 seconds. This is like serious commercial application level flushing. It's like I would expect at an airport in Japan - except those probably flush hands-free. So again, my experience may just be with really strong water pressure particular to my home. If you're already a bidet enthusiast, you should love this bidet, unless you'd rather get something electric with all the bells and whistles like lights and warmers. If you've never tried a bidet before but are interested in trying it out, I'd say this is a great model to get!

Great product, just watch the pressure! ????
As of this review, I have been using this for three weeks. This is my first bidet purchase, and I installed it on an American Standard toilet with an elongated bowl, and slow close lid. My plumbing is standard for Canada. 1️⃣ Installation This quick and easy for me. I did not require any tools, and even though I didn't use the Teflon tape, I have not had any leaks. ( I will go back and apply the tape, I just wanted to test the setup). I did not need to use any of the bumpers provided for the toilet seat, either. Also, the instructions state that if the toilet isn't going to be used for a long period of time that the water source should turned off, I assume to prevent leaks if these parts fail; something to consider if you are not home for extended periods of time. ????Ensuring that the rubber stoppers are in place, and in the correct position is key for ensuring there are no leaks! 2️⃣ Looks & Cleaning It is a different shade of white than my toilet. In my bathroom, the control handle sits closest to the wall and is generally protected from accidents (weight being applied, things dropped on it). Also, it does add more crevices for toilet gunk to hide; bathroom fuzzies and loose hairs that accumulate on toilets. Something to consider if you are planning on installing this is a high volume washroom. ????If your bathroom has very tight spaces around the toilet, make sure you will have room for this. ????If your exports look like chocolate bomb exploded in the bowl where the bidet will be sitting, consider how much extra cleaning this will involve and if your household members will actually keep this up. 3️⃣ The Spray I read a review about bidets before that mentioned "blowing your anus right off" and damn, if that isn't the truth! I find you have to wait a second after turning the dial for water pressure to build up enough to open the nozzle. For example, if the pressure was 1 to 5; turn it to 1 until water starts coming out, and then to your desired setting. In one of my attached photos, I've drawn red lines to indicate the max that I've gone to. I am in Canada, it is winter, and I've hooked into the cold water toilet line. A quick blast from the bidet isn't too bad, but if you dial up too much, or for too long, it is basically like waterboarding your orfices with ice water, and you may leave the washroom feeling violated. This bidet has a bum wash and a femine wash. The nozzles are in the same spot, but just seem to have a different spray setting. If we're comparing to garden hoses, think 'full' for bums, and 'jet' for the femine wash (Yikes). The angle is just slightly different, but I find myself trying to shuffle around to make sure my bits get a rinse which sometimes leads to water somehow spraying back onto the seat and lid. This could be because I usually perch closer to the end away from the tank. I can assume that if a male hit the 'feminine wash' by mistake, that you might hear crying coming from the washroom. Probably the most important bit of information in here is that this bidet has been surprisingly effective at rinsing away all exports. I just use a small wash cloth to dry off any whizzels, keeping g a lot of toilet paper from entering my septic system. As for deuces, I still use a bit of toilet paper, but I have yet to see any evidence of exports on the TP even if I had consumed an expired family size bagged salad kit the day before. ????When you dialing the spray, WAIT a second for the water pressure to build enough to open the nozzle, THEN dial up the pressure! ????The 'feminine wash' is um...aggressive. Consider making a simple instruction/warning sign for house guests in case they are brave enough to try it out. ????This bidet is effective at rinsing away exports. I'm saving on TP, and giving my septic system a break. A pack of baby wash clothes from the dollar store work great for drying off the pieces. 4️⃣ Final Verdict I am happy I bought this, and would buy again. I don't see myself buying anything fancier than this in the future because this one is doing what I need it to; clean my pieces, and reduce TP consumption. As a female, I am glad I have the option for femine wash. Hope this review helps!

Works like it is supposed to
It was easy to install. I am not a plumber or expert DIY'er and have never installed one of these before. Take your time , read the instructions, and it is quite straightforward! It works as it is supposed to. The pressure is really, really strong. Make sure you are sitting on it to test it. Do not just test it or water will shoot all the way to your other wall! The only thing I do not like is that it raises the seat. The seat raising bits that came with the product did not stick so I just said whatever, I'll deal with it. No big deal thus far. I like how sleek and minimalistic it looks. It is whiter than the toilet colour but that does not bother me. Over time, I'm sure it will become less white due to plastic oxidizing.
