Does the job

Does the job but the snap button is a little weak and it easily comes off.

Looks great once you open the box

Looks great once you open the box. However, after using it for a couple of days the unit would disengage from the belt unit once I would sit down either on an ordinary chair or while driving. When this happens, I am able to snap the swivel back into the belt unit; however, it will not stay on for long once I sit down again. The way I work this problem out is that before I sit down I need to turn the entire Universal Radio Holder approximately 45 degrees so that my weight doesn't push the swivel back out again. As for the radio compartment, I use a Kenwood radio that has a clip that you can use separately on your belt. This makes placing the radio a bit of a challenge when placing it inside of the Universal Radio Holder compartment. However, it stays in place and does not interfere with radio transmission. Just like other reviewers stated, the swivel part on the back of the unit is made of plastic and when it starts to disengage from the belt unit the swivel plastic part starts to bend a bit, instead of remaining flat. If you have issues with the unit disengaging, you need to reconsider buying this unit. If you are in a situation that requires you to sit down on a high rise construction project and the unit disengages and falls down and possibly hits another construction worker on a lower floor, then you need to worry about the functionality of the Bianchi Accumold Elite 7914S Universal Radio Holder.

Brand new, just like I bought it in a store.

This radio holder works great and I am happy with it. It hold the radio in place and moves around for you as you get in and out of a vehicle or sit in a chair. The radio I use is a huge brick and it holds it in place just fine. Just make sure the speaker is in the upper half of the radio, or you might not hear it too well through the fabric. I use a extended mic so not a issue for me.

Great buy.

Great buy. Don't know how long the plastic will hold up for the clip but if it breaks you can still run the radio hold through your duty belt.

It's made out of plastic and will probably break a lot sooner than I'd like.

The only complaint I have about this product is that where the holster connects to the belt clip. It's made out of plastic and will probably break a lot sooner than I'd like.

It's okay

Feels a little cheap. I paid close to $60 with shipping for this thing so I hope it lasts. It'll do its job.

Buyer Beware!

The Holder is generally acceptable out of box. Duty-wise it quickly failed! A critical component of the swivel is made out of hard plastic and this quickly broke and rendered the Holder useless for Duty.
