Pleasantly Surprised

The seat is nicely made and very convenient. I wish that it were actually the soft close style as I thought that was part of the description. I wouldn't let that be the deciding factor not to purchase it though.

Missing hardware stops proper instalation

The Bemis 1655SSCT 000 Commercial White Plastic Elongated Toilet Seat was delivered via prime exactly as stated. However, the "Bemis carton" had obviously been opened and resealed with clear wrapping tape. The only thing in the carton I received was the toilet seat with attached ss bolts. But there was no mounting nuts to secure the seat. Critical to keeping the toilet seat from moving is Bemis STA-TITE® Seat Fastening System™. The nuts are special because the bottom of the nut breaks away when correct torque is applied. Please provide prompt resolution of this shortage as it is for a patient with MS. 3-12-2019
