Right resealable outer sleeves for the right price

I've been collecting records for over 8 years and in those years I have spent thousands of dollars on my collection. I have plenty of rare records that each are valued at 100usd and over. Seeing on how much dust collects on my record shelves so quick I decided to make the change into buying Resealable record outer sleeves. Upon arrival of the outer sleeves I noticed how thin the outer sleeves where. Compared to the outer sleeves that would come with the records I would buy they feel like they're double in thickness. As I took one of my LPs and placed it into the outer sleeve It almost made it look brand spanking new. This was one of the positive things about it. Another negative thing about this outer sleeve is that since it is so thin I can only assume that within time my record covers might start getting ring wear on them but I might be wrong only time will tell. The positives is that yes it seals very well, the records fit exactly on the line maybe a couple of mm below the fit line. Second is that the records look very clear inside the outer sleeve. 3rd the outer sleeves are priced accordingly for a 100pc set. One more thing a gatefold record still fits in the outer sleeve real well

Decent product

I messed up. I thought these sleeves were for the records not the whole package. I would use them anyway, but they are resealable, which as a comic collector I hate. After you open the package a few times, the glue comes off the bag and can get on the record sleeve. Just use clear resealable tape. It works better.

Great product. Great protection for albums.

I like to show of my BEATLE collection, however,people seemed to take out the album out of the bag. To put a stop to it I purchased the reseable covers which work out better. Also the Reseable Bag makes the album stand out so there is no need to take out the album. A few albums are a three set and they also fit ,altough , a little tight.

I pressed a record recently and needed some sleeves that sealed so I could sell in stores. This was by far the best product / price I could find on the internet and my records look awesome sitting on the store shelves. Too long for 12 records

BCW makes great stuff; but this size 12 5/8 x 12 5/8 is all wrong. They are very slim, but long, so the resealable part wraps around in the back and it creates this looseness to them that looks bad on a shelf. Plus they are too tight for double sized records. Complete waste of money i am going to have to toss these. The size you are looking for, for single/double records and laserdiscs, is the BCW 12 3/4 by 12 3/8 resealable polypro bags. Such a small size difference but this size works 10X better. Would for sure reccomend this size for storing both single and double size records, the sleeve pulls tight to the seal in the back and they work much better.

No sirven para gatefolds y se lastima el plástico muy fácilmente.

Una verdadera lástima que BCW, siendo una empresa que se encarga de proteger desde tarjetas hasta memorabilia de deportes y demás, haya hecho un producto tan poco cuidado en estándares de calidad. Por principio de cuentas lo más importante: ¿caben los discos? si, siempre y cuando no sean gatefold o sean gatefolds más delgados. Un gatefold normal (digamos The Division Bell de Pink Floyd) no entra en lo más mínimo. El material con el que están hechas pudo haber sido más resistente, se daña (e incluso rompe) muy fácilmente la bolsa. Están a años luz de si quiera compararse con las bolsas japonesas para vinilos las cuales las superan abismalmente en calidad. Una verdadera pena, las recomiendo únicamente si no tienes ningún vinilo tipo gatefold o de plano se te acabaron las bolsas japonesas y estas en urgencia, de ahí en fuera es preferible usar las fundas normales o esperar a conseguir de las japonesas. 2 estrellas únicamente y eso por el precio el cual si, no es malo.

Más buenos de lo que esperaba

Son delgadas por lo que si metes mal un álbum, puede romperse, muchos se quejan de eso pero cambiando la orientación del vinilo de doble disco puede meterse a la bolsa sin problema. Son totalmente transparentes. Me encantaron

Fundas cumplidoras y para iniciar

Buena calidad en general la de estas fundas resellables. Son perfectas para LP's sencillos y algunos Gatefold, no así para ediciones triple o portadas con un lomo muy grueso. Buenas para empezar a proteger tu colección no así para tenerlas por siempre, ya que la tira de adhesivo se empieza a desgastar llenándose de polvo y suciedad, y el grosor es demasiado delgado.
