Perfect addition to our gym!

We purchased a new treadmill to add to our home gym. Needed a new rubber mat to place under it. This is exactly what we were looking for. The size is just the right length. The thickness is perfect. It's lightweight so easy to move around (if needed), but yet thick/durable/heavy enough to protect our flooring underneath. The rubber material is also thick enough to withstand the weight of a large piece of heavy gym equipment. This would also make a good mat in an exercise room for floor exercises, yoga, etc.... GREAT price point! I researched multiple options and this was a very fair price compared to other options I searched. The product arrived FAST and I do not have Amazon Prime. :)

Great quality and just the right size to keep in the car

I am a professional fitness trainer, and I needed a heavy duty mat for heavy jump ropes in an outdoor setting....I didn't want to destroy my ropes on the concrete. This mat is just the right size and is the sort quality that you would see in a professional setting.

Perfect for my treadmill desk.

I place this beneath my treadmill desk on a daily basis. The mat really saves on wear and tear with the carpet in my apartment. This is a quality well made product and I can definitely recommend it.

Very durable

I teach a group fitness class called Pound where we used a plastic drumstick called ripstix. We beat the ground hard and I was denting up my flooring. Since these have been purchased I haven't had any new dents in the hardwood floor and they don't shred from the impact of the stix or standing on like mats in the past. These mats can take a beating.

Great for keeping under a walking treadmill

I keep this under a walking treadmill and it is perfect for keeping that off the floor and preventing damage to the floors. It's not particularly comfortable to stand on for extended periods of time, but I didn't get it for that.

Dense and, seemingly, durable product

I bought this exercise mat to place underneath my elliptical machine. It is just long enough and seems very durable. This is just what I needed to protect my wood floors. I would suggest that one pays attention to the measurements to be certain that it is appropriately sized for the intended use case.

Highly recommended portable home gym solution!

The media could not be loaded. This mat has become my portable home gym. I put it by the pool area or under the trees in the backyard to do all my workouts: push ups, planks, squats, jump rope, I can do all my exercises on it. It is the prefect thickness to provide a soft stable surface that is comfortable and easy on the joints. i have noticed a big difference on my knees and hips since using this mat to do double unders or burpees. It's been a real joint-saver! Larger than a normal yoga mat or any jump rope mat out on the market, it is the perfect size for a personal exercise space to do anything from hiit, weights/kettle bell work, stretches, yoga. It seems quite durable as well, taking hits from weights and rope rather well. It doesn't seem to absorb sweat and odour at all though I do wipe it down with a wet rag after every use. Grooves on the mat surface make it a bit hard to clean but not impossible. Great value for money with prompt delivery - overall, a highly recommended home gym solution!

Great mat for under a spin bike

I was impressed with this product from the moment I opened the package. It had weight to it that I wasn’t expecting, so I knew the product would be durable and sturdy. I was expecting a thin product similar to a yoga mat, and I’m happy to say I was very wrong! It fits perfectly under my exercise bike. Enough space for me to step all around mat, without leaving too much excess to waste space. My mat is set up in the garage so staying on the mat is a important to me so I don’t get cold feet from the cement floor. IMO this mat is better than the ones that sell at double and triple the price. I’m very happy with my purchase!!

A chunk of it came off after pealing off an adhesive attached to it

Bought this and it was insufficient to prevent my neighbour from complaining that my treadmill is noisy. Bought earthquake resistant pads to be placed in between my treadmill and the mat, when I pull off the pads, a chuck of the material came off along with the earthquake resistant pads. I would expect better durability.
