SOFT and lovely!

I tend to hesitate when buying padded things online because it's hard to tell what it will really feel like in person. I had a bad experience in the past with a very flimsy yoga mat that was essentially just for non-slipping (and wasn't even great for that). I have been needing a mat that can support my back and body in a way that doesn't cause stress, and instead cushions my bones, joints, etc. This mat is PERFECT! It is super soft and cushioned, and doesn't slip on my hard wood floor. it squishes nicely under my feet as well, and is wide/long enough to hold my whole body, even when in a wider position. the knee pad is so wonderful, I did not know I could be so comfortable while working out, and leave without bruises on my knees. the yoga blocks, too, and a lot more sturdy than I expected, as I have also had bad experiences in the past with yoga blocks that crumble with weight. This set blows everything out of the water, and considering how much you're getting, is incredible for the price. (AND THERE'S A 2 YEAR WARRANTY!).

New to yoga, great mat

I’m new to yoga, so I don’t have much to compare this to. But I think it’s great! It’s easy to roll up so I can keep it in my office, ready to go. It takes about 10 min to lay flat on its own but I can start using it right away. I’m rolling it up differently each time and it’s laying flatter faster now. I’ve had knee and shoulder tears so I was skeptical of getting in the floor but the thickness of this is perfect, I don’t even notice the floor. And I lay it smooth side down on a hardwood floor and don’t have any problems with slipping. It’s longer, which is great as I am tall. And I use the knee pad for myself and my kids to do beginner push-ups for physical therapy. This has been a great solution to get into yoga and in general for workouts that used to hurt because of my knees and shoulder.

Great for yoga and other cushiony purposes

I've used this mat for a year and a half (no shoes) on carpet for light yoga/stretches, and it still looks new. It's also very comfortable to lay on and on my feet. I leave it on the living room floor and find myself pausing on it in bare feet, when I'm talking on the phone. I've even thought that in a pinch it could be an emergency bed! The knee pad I didn't use until I realized it would make nice extra padding for my aging couch. I tuck it under a blanket, and it gives a nice bit of cush. I've actually bought this one to dismember for parts - I'd like to use it for some cushioning on my desk chair seat, and the rest will go under my kitchen rug to be my version of a memory foam kitchen mat.

Good quality

seems like a good, quality mat and plenty thick. Also like the color. The only thing I don't like about this yoga mat is that the carrying scrap is not adjustable, so when I take the knee pad mat out of the roll (because I don't always need it), the carrying strap is way too big.

Perfect

Got this over another brand bc of the thickness. I have hardwood floors and doing any type of exercise is impossible. I have a herniated disc so I need a flat but comfortable surface to do my stretches. This is perfect. There is an odor. Smells plastic like but nothing that is concerning or nauseating. I've had it for almost a week and the smell is still somewhat noticeable but it is fading. I would highly recommend this.

Great Buy

I purchased the Pink exercise mat. It's great. It's thick and comfortable. I have been doing sit-ups, lifting weights, stretching. It's long and came with an extra piece of mat for more cushioning. It rolls up nice and I can use the straps it came with, for storing it. I definitely got my money's worth.

Good but also has few flaws

The mat is very good in my opinion as long as its taken care of properly. It is a material that can be easily ruined so it must be treated with care. However, it is really soft and thick which makes it very comfortable for me to workout. The mat also comes with an extra pad which I usually use for under my head or my knees as I have weak knees. This was a bonus for me. I also like the carry on attachment. It is easy to use. I used it to bring it outside to my backyard when I would work outside in the summer. Overall, treat it well and it will last longer.

Comfy!

This yoga mat is everything it states in the description. I really enjoy the thickness. I have back problems and will often experience pain in my lower back when lying on a yoga mat. The extra thickness of this mat helped alleviate the majority of that pain. I don't slip on this mat, and it stays in place. I was worried when I purchased it because it was at a significantly lower price than its counterparts. However, the quality seems quite good. My only criticism is that I wish it was a bit wider, but that's a personal preference.
