The media could not be loaded. Comes with two image disks I took a video of the planet one you can’t tell in the video but the image your seeing is about 14x14 inches. The light has focus adjust allowing you to adjust the image allowing you to get the perfect picture at any angle/distance. My two year old doesn’t let this thing leave his side he’s used it for everything from a hammer to a bath toy (no joke idk how but it actually survived the bath tub) I have never written a review longer than a couple words until now so I highly recommend it you won’t regret it

Easy to learn by two year old
I was impressed with this great little flashlight. It reminds me of the old view master concept. My two year old grandchild took maybe 10 minutes watching me operate it and then took over. Love it!

Jury is still out.
Super cheap feeling, images are super fuzzy. It’s almost impossible to pull the discs out of the holder. My 18 month old grandson and 4 year old grandsons disliked it a lot. If you don’t use the discs and try to use it as a little flashlight the light is teeny. Super dim. I put brand new Duracell batteries in them too. **Update** I didn't know that there is a focus function on the top of the flashlight. (I just read that on here!!) I haven't tried it yet as I'm not at home but will write an update to this review if it really works!

Great for toddler!
The media could not be loaded. Great for my 2 year old planet obsessed toddler! The discs are hard to get out of the bottom part, but we really only use the planet one anyway. I think the other one is aliens or something. The top part turns to adjust how clear the image is which I didn't realize at first. It got blurry and was small and I couldn't figure out why until I realized it turned. It works great on the ceiling or just around the room. Obviously works better in the dark. Def. oneof our top favorite Christmas gifts this year!

A favorite toy in our house!
We bought one for our 4-year-old and it quickly became his favorite toy! Easy to use, only 3 parts— flashlight and 2 disks— and a little compartment to store the discs in. He was constantly fighting with his little brother over it, so we got another one for our 2-year old, they both jumped for joy when it arrived, lol They both operate it without any troubles. They both sleep with them and play with them throughout the day. One of the best toys we’ve ever gotten. Very much worth the excellent price. So far we have had the first one for months and it has held up to our rough boys no problem. Highly recommend! Excellent quality, super fun, excellent price!

NOT a Waste of Money
For all the reviews that say you can't shine it on surfaces far away - you have to adjust the head to focus it depending on the distance you are from it. We got it to work all the way across our house - about 40+ feet away with crystal clear image. This is a great toy for the price. Wish it had other disc's to interchange though.

4 year old enjoys it greatly!
1) There are only two image discs. 2) The image discs are difficult to take out; this helps prevent losing them, but it means a 4 year old boy must ask for help. Even adults spend a minute or so to pry them loose. It's a good toy, and my 4 year old grandson uses it a lot. Fortunately the buttons to turn the flashlight off and on are easy for a child, and he already has figured out how to lock the light on.

Great idea
I wanted to love this and my daughter did initially but it’s hard to load and unload the cartridges and the quality of the image on the wall is pretty grainy unless you are about 2 Ft away or it’s pitch black.

This little flashlight gets used everynight. Easy for a 3 year old to figure out. 100% worth every penny

Its ok
Its an ok flashlight. Wish there more slides. It looked blurry at first and I thought I was going to have to return it but you have to turn the blue part where the light comes out to focus it. Its just ok. I don’t think there are many other options out there

The quality is very very poor. No child would like it. Never ever buy this product.
