Very comfortable and easy to assemble!

Received 2 of 2 ordered today. They look nice at the tall bar and are very comfy. The first chair has one stripped screw in the seat bottom but it’s nice the seat was assembled prior to delivery.

Ok product

The bar stools are ok - we bought 2. After using it for about a month, we noticed there are black paint that fell off from the center beam. It's not super sturdy probably due to the product design as it allows you to do height adjustment. However, mechanically, the stools can be made more sturdy if product is designed better.

Look great!

I have had many complements about how nice the barstools look. They are a little bit light and I didn't like that the back looks like wood, but is not! They are easy to clean! The seat is really comfortable.

awful experience.Cost $300 to return!

No clear measures provided. Seat&back too short/low, very uncomfortable. There should be a suggestion to purchase/send only one to “test it” while deciding. This was a very expensive learning process about a frustrating and absurd 20% restocking fee on the TOP of the shipping expense. There is no customer satisfaction perspectives from Armen Living despite beautiful design. We have decided to NOT purchase bulk item at Amazon anymore.

Includes everything to put together

I'm a small framed woman, originally I was a little worried to assemble this, but it was no problem at all for me. All the parts needed for assembly were in the box, and the instructions were easy to understand.

Broken items poor quality…I have to pay for the return

The boxes were mangled. The stools are poor quality , pieces were broken and by the time I got to the second stool, the screws did not fit in the seat. Amazon filed a claim to get my money refunded but it was denied by the seller. There refund information is not available to view . Don’t buy from this seller and I am very disappointed in Amazon. m

Sooo…where are the screws?

The media could not be loaded. I guess I’m supposed to assembly this using magic and keep it together with hope…it looks comfortable. I like how it feels. I appreciate that it was shipped quickly and ahead of schedule; but I would’ve appreciated it more, had they kept this item for a few more days and actually did quality control, since it’s missing ALL the screws. I’ve received enough items with missing pieces and I’ll probably toss this in a nearby dumpster fire since it is of NO USE WITHOUT ANY OF THE SCREWS. Take a gamble, you might get all the pieces.
