SUPERIOR CRAFTED 26" Stool :-} but 2nd stool did not match first :-{

Superior thick padding, encased in muslin. Top seat is supported by high end upholstery stretch webbing on under side that is covered by Velcro perimeter removable black dust cover. The seat sports very dark brown faux leather is good thickness for long use, is attached well and decorated with antique nailheads. The straight 1 1/2" square legs are not lightweight rubber wood but rather a better grade hard wood variety. The legs are attached by 2 screws with split ring washer and flat washer per leg to seat into support screw receiver hole in the diagonal wood piece, as made by most better-made furniture makers. The lower cross members are all 4 sides and each has a diagonal wood brace, too and this is attached by one screw per leg, but was missing 2 split ring washers. CON: missing 2 split ring washer. Only one screw on each lower leg cross member. I think I will add some oil rubbed bronze underside corner brackets for furniture, to each lower cross members as it meets each leg for 8 sets, 2 per leg. This will prevent even grandkids standing on cross members from over taxing the One Screw provided. Please see the photos I have provided. I am happy with this purchase and snagged a returned item for $30 off what listed for now. My husband was so happy with this stool that he asked me to buy a second one to replace the two at our kitchen work island. Which I did today! (This review only allowed one photo to be uploaded :-( UPDATE: LOWERING to 4 Stars... a little bummed... the first stool bought about a week before the second one does NOT match the original. The Top leather look vinyl is different shade of brown, one almost black while the other is deep chocolate brown,and one is matte and the other more glossy vinyl. Also the nail heads are totally different. Even the cross members on the lower legs sits higher on one than the other. The leg color on wood is the same, and the structure under seat is the same. Thspese changes should be reflected in the photo offered. Or warn buyers to buy all units the same day so they match. Site still won't let me load a second photo so will have to change to comparison photo as a warning to others. See the price rose by 40%, too.

They are very pretty and actually look better than expected, but assembly was very difficult. None of the screw holes aligned as intended, making the chairs wobbly, uneven, and even unable to completely assemble. You can tell that they are mass produced and that something is missing in the quality. Very disappointed!!!
