Sizing Info: XL (16-18) – barely fits a size 14
The sizing is off. I purchased XL (16/18) and it is too tight. I’m a little curvy and wear a 14. The pants came up but were extremely tight in the hip and butt. I read and followed the recommended inches on the sizing chart; in fact my hips are smaller than the XL (16-18) per the size chart but the pants are tight How can one ski (or walk) if there is no room to bend over? I feel like my butt crack will show and the seams will rip if I get on a ski lift. If you are a size 14 (with a butt) or larger don’t purchase these. Regarding the style, these are lightweight snow pants. They have a somewhat slim fit at the butt and hip and are lower-rise. The material and sewing is good quality, lightweight and netted lining. They do have that "trash bag sound" ski pants make when you walk in them. Ladies, I hope this review was helpful. :)

Very good quality for price
I ski 50-60 days a year in all sorts of weather. I was hoping to find a pair of ski pants that would be comfortable and durable and not cost $150+. I do not want insulated pants as I have a pair and rarely wear them unless is it well below zero. These pants would have fit the bill well save for the fact they were too tight around my thighs. (common skier problem, large thighs and knee braces). My only other issue was the snaps at the waist. Difficult to open and I thought they might pull out. Oddly, I bought another pair from this company and it had a hook/eye type closure. If you ski a few days a year or are just starting out, these are a tremendous value. Also good for other winter activities. I'm returning them but going to investigate the men's version to see if the legs are a bit wider. FYI, I"m 5' 8" 165 lbs and bought a medium. If you are a size 10, I'd go to the next size as I"m an 8 and there were just perfect.

Size may run big
I ordered these pants in a size that I thought I needed based on the chart, they were a little big around the waist but fit everywhere else fine. Even in below 32 degree weather for my night snowboarding class my legs were always warm!

Great for kids
Is pretty decent price for something that a kid is gonna outgrow it's gonna outgrow in 2 years or less.. They are water repellent but not waterproof. They're actually fairly warm so a nice fleece underlining worn will make them very warm.

Comfortable fit and many positive features.
Great fit and great value! I usually wear a size 4, purchased the S and they are true to size with ample room to add an extra layer. Initially I thought they were way too big, but the adjustable waist is a plus and I was able to cinch them in enough. I like the fact that they have zippers to easily deal with ski boots. Other positive features include small hooks to latch onto your X-Country ski boots to keep the snow out. I've worn them for both down hill and X-country skiing with a lightweight layer underneath with temperatures in the low to mid 30's and they were perfect. The only drawback is I'm not sure how warm these will be when worn for downhill skiing under colder conditions.

Was nervous about size but fits well
I ordered a large and am currently a size large with nike and adidas shorts, and size 12 at old navy for reference. They fit well, and have a little extra room for a base layer as well. However I am only 5ft so there's plenty of pant length left over but that really won't matter with snowboard boots/winter boots. They also are between a mid-rise and and high-rise pant on me. Hope this helps!

Size chart is accurate!
I haven't worn them out yet but...Perfect fit!! 5'5" ,115-120 lbs. Pear Shape body type. There is a hidden waist band on the inside where you can pull the velcro tabs on each side to adjust the waist band to your comfort. Belt loops on outside waiatband if you perfer to wear a belt. Length is perfect. Leg width is flattering, flares a bit at the bottom with zippers to fit boots. Has inner layer that prevents snow or wind from going up inside. At first, I bought the youth large size for this brand (bc some reviews says they fit women of similar height and weight) but the hip area was too tight and 3 inches way too short for me. So I highly recommend this pants in size small if you are of similar body type and measurements. I feel the size chart is accurate. I wanted the option to wear inner layer pants like heat tech, or fleece with this pants so I did not size down to xsmall.

Size up if you need to layer
I have not worn them to work yet. Pants are very flattering. Not sure if they will be warm enough. I’m usually a size 4 but since i carry my weight on my bottom i could’ve easily sized up for a little more wiggle room since i want them for work. As is i can probably wear some leggings underneath and it will fit a little snug. Not the warmest. I wore them with fleece leggings underneath and it helped but definitely not the best for extreme cold.

Waist fits large.
i ordered these for Alberta winters and to wear at work. I pump gas at a convenient store/full service gas station. I needed lightweight insulated pants with a wide or flared leg to fit over my clunky Baffin winter boots. Pros: Well made, and light enough to wear inside the store for a full shift but I did have to take off my leggings under the ski pants. I liked the zippered air vents when I felt the pants getting a bit warm for inside wear. Outside they kept me nice and warm in the cold temps. Cons: The waist is very large with the legs just above the knee area fairly slim. I will be sewing these to bring the waist down to a normal size for a better fit. I did have to put a belt on to keep them pulled up. The extra elastic and velcro pulls, did nothing to cinch them up.. I am 130 pounds and 5'5" tall. I bought the medium regular and the length was perfect with my boots. I hate a short pant but these were good. I dislike having to cut and sew new bought clothing but I feel these are well worth the money to keep and just do a little sewing to make them fit an average waist line. If you have a bit of a tummy these would be perfect. Overall I am happy with these pant.

Great for the price.
Worked great for -10 to +10. Colder it is more layers you where underneath, because they are not insulated. Byte kept me dry and warm on the mountain! Great price.

Size chart is wrong. Fit made big.
Quality seems to be good for the price. But the sizing chart is off! I'm a small (standard 4) and bought a Small, but the fit is big. Big on the waist, hip, thighs. Had to return it and reordered an x-small. Will see how the fit on the x-small is.

Double check the sizes
I ordered 2 sizes up from what is written on the size chart because of many reviews saying the pants were a tight fit. Size chart is off, as size 16-18 are still too small for me and my jeans size is 12... I am returning the pants. Very disapointing.
