Nice simple jacket

I like Arctix gear for a simple reason - good quality gear at a reasonable price that performs. It's a good bit better feature and value wise than a lot of big box stuff though admittedly we aren't talking premiere outdoor brand stuff. But we also aren't paying those prices. More about this coat. - Warmth. Standard mid-level insulation warm factor. Not for arctic exploring but great for winter skiing that should handle most conditions by layering or de-layering. - Water resistant and breathable shell material. Again, not Gore-Tex but perfectly serviceable for most conditions. - Shell is abrasion resistant. So not buttery soft but that's a good thing. - Venting is via one full side zip. So no dedicated pit zips (my preference but a zipper that goes from side bottom to where at traditional pit zip would end. Not uncommon for an anorak-style coat but not my favorite style of venting. - Cuff have Velcro-style adjustment and an inner powder cuff of soft and stretchy base layer material. A really nice added feature to keep the snow from shooting up your arm. - Exposed zippers are waterproof style. Functional but I was having issue with the front zipper being a bit finicky. - Front kangaroo pocket flap is for show only. Access to front kangaroo pocket is via side zippers only. - Hood is fleece lined but not at chin. (though wind flap keeps zipper away from your face.) - Style. Personal preference obviously but the grey and black scheme is subdued but nice in my opinion. All in all, a good coat that is very reasonably priced. Easy recommendation.

Great for the price

Great item, kept me warm. The only thing I didn't like was it ran a bit small, if you're going to get this, make sure to get a size bigger than usual.

Good pullover tested at 20 F

My husband is 5’9” and 180 lbs and ordered size medium. It was 20 F outside and he only wore a regular cotton T-shirt below the pullover. He liked that the colors of the pullover matched well his preferred pants and gloves! I would like to highlight that the pullover has a zipper in the left side that goes all the way up to the armpit and opening it will facilitate how to put it on. The two bags on top of the chest have adequate room to store a cell phone or wallet. However, the kangaroo bag in the front is only a decoration, which could have been useful to store personal stuff if it were a true bag. Having some velvet or other warm material inside the bag for the hands could have been great as well. My husband had some discomfort while driving and eating with the pullover on, considering the space for the neck/chin is tight. Overall, it’s a good jacket and he will continue using it during the ski season.

Excellent for the price

This pullover is well-designed for what it costs. It is warm and comfortable to wear. I wouldn't trust it in the tough weather conditions though. Assembly quality is good but not perfect and some features are not very thought-out. I don't quite understand the design or purpose of the front pocket. Fabric looks to be water-resistance, but I wouldn't trust this in a storm! Size-wise, I feel it runs a bit large - I am 5 feet 5, about 120lb, and the Small size is quite large on me. So, overall a solid product for the price but not on par with famous adventure brands. Also, I can't help but think that the name is trying to copy another well known adventure brand.

Nice jacket

This is a great looking jacket. The only things I don’t like is that the zipper doesn’t zip down all the way making it difficult to take off and on, and some of the zippers, like the front one are only for show, which seems wasteful. Other than that it’s warm and comfortable and I’d recommend it for this price point.

Hard to put on

I understand that it is a pullover, but to put this thing on is kind of a challenge. it has no zipper to pull up. you have to put on this jacket like the way you would put on a sweater. once on, very comfortable. i enjoy the look and style of it very much!

Great Coat!!

So this was a very nice fitting jacket. I ordered a medium for my boyfriend and he loved the way it fits. The color scheme of this item matches almost all his favorite attire that he likes to wear. It has black, white light grey, and darker grey colors. There are more positives than negatives when it comes to this item. I do have to say that it is a great-fitting jacket. One flaw I noticed was the zipper to open the jacket. Due to it being a pullover style, I felt like the zipper is a much-appreciated addition to the jacket, but unfortunately, it does not open all the way. There is material in between the zipper once you open it. Another flaw is that the cute pocket in the front is not a real pocket. It is just for looks. Other than these issues, it has a side zipper to make it slightly easier to pull over the head. It is a very stylish jacket. Have I said that already? Probably but this jacket would definitely stand out in a crowd so it has to be said more than once.
