Overall a good deck of cards. If you have a DC Comics fan in your house these are neat.

My Favorite Deck

I ADORE THESE!!! I got these for myself for Christmas. I love Harley Quinn and Poison Ivy and the whole crew. I am also a huge Pinup fan and often buy pinup dresses and this is amazing. I literally can't get over how gorgeous these cards are. I didn't know how to shuffle a deck, I left that to my husband and friend to do that for me. BUT this deck I wanted to do myself so I learned how to properly shuffle a deck several ways so I could "break them in". My husband and I play Spades regularly with our best friends and we love this deck. The font is easy to understand and the suit is easy to distinguish, something we learned from other decorative cards can make or break a good spade deck for us. I like how the suit corner is normal if facing up, but is black with white letters if upside down. It makes organizing your hand easier too, esp if all you have are spades and clubs left or something like that. Great deck. Perfect gift for a guy or girl that likes DC Comics or enjoys pinup girls, Best gift ever if they enjoy both!

Solid cards

Great quality cards for playing with. Not cheap paper like some others. Only complaint is the cards use basically the same images for each suit. But since I read the other reviews, I knew that when I bought it. Still worth buying if you love DC, or are just a collector.

Paper cheap quality

Really cool art design just like comics but card paper is really thin, bends alot when you shuffle them. You have to be delicate with them so you can't really use them to play with

Absolutely Beautiful!

These are simply gorgeous! I love them to pieces! I've got to get the books to see what the story is about. Two different Jokers with a star design, the 52 cards comprising the rest of the set are all covered in artwork! I expected just the face cards. The backs are a little busy; would've been nice with just a nostalgic DC logo. They are high quality and slide nicely against each other. As there aren't 52 characters in the book series, there are many repeated characters in the deck, but in each case the art has been re-edited so they are not identical to each other. I know this is supposed to be representative of the pin-ups of old but there are no guys! At all. Not even in a group picture! I would like to have seen some of that artwork as well.

I was expecting more, but for $6, I shouldn’t have.

The artwork is beautiful, like each character has been lifted from comic cover art. The problem is there are only about a dozen characters depicted and each character has only one pose. Sometimes it’s zoomed in to their face or with a styled background or several grouped together but always the same pose, it really detracts from the quality of the cards. Though for $6 I suppose I shouldn’t have been expecting much more then what was delivered. All said, unless your a really big fan of vintage comic art, your money would be better spent on a conventional deck of cards.

Very cool

Got these for a friend and she loved them. Lots of variety and the artwork is great! Reasonably priced as well. Definitely a thumbs up from me.

The coolest pack of cards I've seen

I'm quite familiar with DC Heroines and there's a good number of them like Batgirl, Zatanna, supergirl, wonder woman etc along with your villains like Ivy and Quinn, the artwork is cool and they came brand new with next day delivery. I wanted a pack of cards that had flare and that weren't just a standard boring pack, this pack of cards definitely has flare and isn't boring at all, they even have vintage card art where the cards appear slightly stained and grainy, and I do like a vintage feel. The picture shows a few but not all.

Great cards

The artwork on the cards is great. A minor gripe prevented 5 stars. Product was sold as 'new' however the card box didn't have any shrink wrap on and had clearly been opened as a corner of the packaging was slightly folded over.
