Problem with Filter - Water Flow Restricted After a Few Weeks.

I have three faucets that use these filters, and I ordered a dozen because it was a good price and they would be handy for replacement over the next few years. However, I have been having a problem that I have not experienced before. After a few weeks, they seem to clog up and severely restrict the water flow. I know it's the filter because only the cold water is restricted and the problem stops when I swap the filter out for a new one. This has happened with the three filters I have used so far. It looks like I may have gotten a bad batch. Now when I replace a filter, I am left to wonder how long before the cold water slows to a trickle. It's past the time to return them, and I don't know how else to communicate my problem to Amazon.
