Be Careful

Be careful with applying/removing. Per the instructions you need to stick the clip but then remove the top level of the clip to push it properly to stick. During that step, I accidentally removed the clip and spring off. My husband had to pry the clip back on with the spring. Wish it slide off easily like the hooks do.

So glad they made these

The media could not be loaded. Usually for Christmas I hang ornaments or giant 3D paper snowflakes in our hallway. I would use thumb tacks to even hot glue-ing little dots to hold the fishing lines attached to them. Those would leave little holes or peel the paint, which then I have to paint/patch.. SO MUCH WORK! Luckily this year, I found these command hooks! They didn't come in time to decorate my hallway, but I used them to hang icicle lights in my little back patio. The hooks themselves are very small so I was worried the icicle lights would be too heavy. I used a total of 4 hooks to hang a 300-light icicle light from walmart and it held up! I did a zigzag pattern so they hung loosely between the hooks. I think if you want to hang a string of lights but have it straight across your ceiling, without slack, this might not be a practical choice as you would need a bunch of these (which isn't cheap). And even so, you would still have slack between the hooks. The hook itself is a separate piece from the back part so it moves around and can even come out. (You can see this in my video). This is good for repositioning the opening of the hook or if you don't mind the moving piece. Bad if you need the hook to be stationary. Anyway, next Christmas I will definitely be using these in my hallway to hang ornaments and paper snowflakes! I'll update my review thereafter.

Sturdy af.

So, you know those over the shower head hangers you can put your shampoo in? I use this to hang it on the opposite end of the shower so I have more room. This is the second one I’ve bought in 3 years, only had to get a new one because I moved.

Works for hanging rubber gloves but feels flimsy

I’m using this clip to hang wet rubber gloves under my sink. It just barely opens wide enough for my gloves but they are thick rubber so the clip might be fine for thinner gloves. What bothers me most is that the clip feels flimsy. Hasn’t broken yet with many months of careful use but I keep waiting for it to break.

Sturdy Clips

I find myself in need to reorder another pair of these clips. My first and last order was in August 2021. It’s been a year with + months since I made a purchased on these clips. I have it to clip a mesh bag for all my dirty kitchen towels. I have attached couple pictures. They have work with excellence. I am writing writing a review to show how great these clips have worked for me. Will be using the same concept idea for the bathroom, store away dirty bathroom hand towels in a separate mesh bag from the dirty laundry.

Wreath hanger

3M used to sell this exact same product in green for hanging Christmas wreaths, but the green ones have been very hard to find for the last few years.

Holds a lot but hard to remove

I have a ton of these 3M hooks in various sizes all over my house. Most of the time they hold up well. Downside is that they can be hard to remove because the adhesive strip tends to break before releasing fully from the wall. They sometimes leave a mark. This particular hook is very strong and has held up very well in my bathroom for towels, robes, etc. I did remove one recently from the wall in my walk-in closet and it took a lot of paint and drywall off with it unfortunately. I still ordered another one though since the wall could be fixed.

It's a hook and it sticks

So far we have put a 12 compartment hanging closet organizer onto it and put like 6 pairs of shoes and 2 umbrellas into it, and it's holding well. Seems perfect for renters like us!

Over priced

Quite expensive and little hook easily falls out. Cheaper things on the market which are sturdier.

Great hook, can definitely hold up coats, jackets, etc...

I installed 2 of these in the garage at kids height so they stop throwing their snow pants, coats on the floor. I've had mixed success with that. But the hooks are great. Using this means I can move them as the kids grow or remove them later without patching holes. Installation is a piece of cake. Removal is easy, just remove it per instructions for no damage. I have not tried to hang a bike from it, but a jacket, or average purse is no problem and it seems very solid. I have other Command hooks in the house for various other purposes and have had no issues. Things to remember: - clean the surface your're sticking to.. and be sure you get it right the first time. Once you stick it, you cannot move the sticker to some other place. - to remove, stretch the tab perpendicular to the sticker slowly.. it will stretch alot but come off cleanly. I've never had damage from removing it per instructions - most kits come with more than 1 set of stickers allowing you to screw up at least once, or to put it in some other place later Overall I recommend this product. It can get expensive though compared to screw-in hooks hence the 4/5. Amazon generally beats retail pricing even when compared to discount retailers.
