This is simple chemistry. But you need to follow the recommended dose.
I use this on a 100 gallon marine aquarium. As long as I remember to use it at least twice a month, and don’t over-use it, it works great.

This stuff has saved my fish
I have found this to be a great additive to my saltwater tank. It does a great job of maintaining a PH of 8.2.

Perfect to raise saltwater PH to 8.2
I am sometimes having hard time to maintain 8.2 PH on my reef aquarium. Some salt types don't rise the PH as they supposedly do and keep the water PH around 7.8 which is not healthy for Reef. I found this very helpful to maintain PH between 8.2 and 8.4. Highly recommended for saltwater hobbyists.

Good product
Great product way cheaper than going to store and getting for dou keep the money. Only problem the protector under the cap was already off so I hope it is not just some stuff that kills my expensive fish.

Might Kill Your Fish
African Lake Cichlids require a slightly higher PH ratio. There are ways to measure it using strips, but I am still searching for a perfect solution. In the meantime, due to winter and water evaporation drop-offs have become tricky. I asked my Aquarium Specialist and there is no way of accurately measuring PH in a brackish environment.

Don’t use!
I followed the directions and it sent my tank’s pH to 8.7! I immediately did a huge water change and still had to add pH down to get it back closer to 8.2 for my mbunas. Waste of money

Absolument inutile
Absolument inutile et de plus vous mentionnez ne pas avoir reçu mon retour du produit (7semaines plus tard) donc je vous fournit la preuve et après vous dites que ce n'était pas le bon produit et vous menacez de le charger à nouveau... c'est de l'acharnement.
