Moisturizing Body Butter!
I love Andalou body butters, including Andalou Naturals Kukui Cocoa Nourishing Body Butter. The butter is a thick lotion consistency and readily dispenses from the tube without clogging. The butter is super creamy and rich. The butter absorbs well and leaves my skin feeling moisturized and silky smooth, but not greasy or oily. I like that the fragrance is barely there; I do not feel like I am adding unnecessary chemicals to my skin care. Plus for those who wear perfume, the butter's natural, subtle fragrance does not compete with the perfume. I like Andalou butters so much, I make sure I keep a "backup" tube on hand.

Love this so so much
Love this so so much! It's definitely thick and rich and actually sinks in your skin. I do not have dry skin normally but I can get oily on my body. I mainly use this on my feet and elbows, but it's not too rich to use in the summer all over. I just use a thin layer if I'm applying it over legs and arms, etc. In winter, I may be able to use a heavier layer. I abhor the feeling of sticky or clammy skin from the use of a product that doesn't absorb. I've tried so many body creams, and it seems they usually just sit on the skin and don't really moisturize. This one does not sit on the skin and truly moisturizes and lasts well throughout the day. My test for this is the heel test. Heels are notorious for being dry (and ugh, I can't stand dry heels on myself or looking at them on other people - anyone else out there with me?! haha). If my body lotion can make my heels moisturized throughout the day, then I know it's good (especially when wearing sandals all day). The only other lotion I've tried that did the same thing was Lubriderm for Dry/Extremely Dry Skin (it's the one in the reddish/burgundy bottle). This Andalou one is much preferable due to the less toxic ingredients. And the SMELL. Oh my this has the best rose scent ever. If you like a rose scent, I would bet you like this one. You know how some rose scents remind you of childhood dolls/toys that were scented with rose? And it's like a childish/cheap rose scent? This one is not like that at all. It's distinctly rose-scented, but still fresh and bright with just the right depth and strength to make it very feminine and adult. For me personally, I'm very picky about perfumes and lotion scents. I gravitate towards fresh, clean, bright, citrusy scents typically. Please keep any form of vanilla scent or musky scent far away from me. I do not however tend to get headaches or anything like that from scents, so I cannot vouch for if the scent is too strong for you. I don't smell this beyond application though, but like I said I'm usually applying to elbows and feet. Overall, I will repurchase this in a heartbeat and it's my favorite body cream by far. For a regular lotion, me, my mom and sister absolutely love the Andalou Naturals Citrus Verbena Body Lotion. It's the best I've found. Hope this helps someone looking to make a decision on purchasing.

Feels great, but it doesn't blend well.
This lotion is great, soft & moisturizing. However, it doesn't blend well and leaves behind white streaks. The smell is nice.

Andalou lavender body butter
First. So refreshing to finally receive a body product that is wrapped and sealed! This body butter feels great and goes on smooth. Applied over an hour ago and still feels great. I do wish it had more of a lavender scent, but regardless, I like it alot

No idea what the fuss is...
Upon reading rave reviews on this product I decided to go with cocoa vanilla though I normally go with ANY of the Korres Greek creams that are luscious and are made to last & hydrate with a beautiful sheen, (a little goes a long way)! Also Korres is so pure that you can use on face! This cream is no benefit to me and if anything is drying and shows no suppleness when applied. I paid more than $14 for it and I see others paid as little as $7 NO! Nope staying with Korres that I can never go wrong with and will need to return this cream and hope I have better luck with their citrus shampoo & conditioner. Truly I have no idea what the fuss is.!

Nice Ingredients but smells like milky coffee & dry biscuits/hazelnut milk
This cream as it has a great abundance of really nice natural ingredients. It's a cream that is relatively thick so it's better fresh out of a shower. It's beige in colour and absorbs well with no greasy residue. The only thing I would pick at is the smell... I was attracted to this cream as it said it is vanilla scented but the only way I can describe the smell is that it smells more like milky coffee and those dry biscuits (it does have coffee in it but I didn't think you would be able to smell it) or hazelnut milk... I wouldn't say it is entirely unpleasant but I'm personally not too keen on the smell which is a big thing to me, but if your nose can suffice then I would recommend this cream.

Excellent For Both Women & Men. Worth the Wait.
The entire line of Andalou body products is fantastic. I have ceoliac and even getting wheat protein on my skin is like an acid burn. All Andalou products are gluten-free and work beautifully. This lotion is a perfect consistency & has a mild smell that doesn't linger. It is not sticky but absorbs immediately and feels so good. The scent is suitable for both men and women. Their Lavender Shea version is equally good but it wasn't available in a large size. So glad to be able to order some Andalou products & not have to wait to stock up when I go back to the USA. I wish there are more available in the UK because it's the only line that doesn't irritate my skin. FYI: Because this ships from the USA it takes about 2 weeks to receive.

Nice lotion, light fragrance
A very nice, rich lotion for every day use. Not quite as moisturizing as the Cocoa Butter option available from same manufacturer. Would also prefer a pump bottle rather than the flip top.

Yummy body butter
This is a very nice body butter. As another reviewer indicated, the cocoa butter smell is evident, but it is rather spicy and pleasant.
