Quality Assurance Is Key
I ordered a box of four of these glasses, one of the four had a thin and rippled rim. I requested a return (the Oneida people number listed on the return page told me to call the Anchor Hocking people who told me to call Amazon). I got a replacement where three of the four glasses were defective (one was coming apart at the inner seam and two had sharp glass at the seams). In total I got one complete set of good glasses and one complete set of defective glasses, 50/50. Wouldn't it be cheaper to improve your quality assurance (insert Creed Bratton joke) so that your customers wouldn't have to deal with a return and that you wouldn't waste materials? This seems to be a common problem in the reviews. TL;DR: Unlike other people's reviews, none of the glasses arrived broken but, including the four I returned, half of them were defective. I like the design. Pros: -Design looks good -Heavy base -Amazon handled defective returns Cons: -50% of the glasses I received, including the returned ones were defective -Amazon listed the wrong phone number on the return page

I keep buying more!
These are perfect old fashion or whisky glasses. As our family and friend circle grows, we keep buying more. Nice weight, dishwasher friendly and attractive. I tend to drop things, so I like the cut marks as they help avoid slippage. Will buy again! Would make a great gift set too.

I love these glasses but...
I really like these glasses. They are comfortable to hold, very sturdy and classy looking. The 3 stars are because the rim on two of them have a rough spot, one which is very sharp. The bottom on one is also very rough. I didn't use them right a way so by the time i realized there was an issue it was to late to return. I also ordered the tall glasses which are perfect. Love them too!

Everything arrived in excellent condition. No cracks, breaks, or any other defects. The packaging exceeded my expectations, so much so that I may keep the glasses in them when not in use. It's a real nice box with a magnetic-close lid, and heavy duty foam cutouts to perfectly hold the glasses in place. Not to mention the glasses are beautiful. They feel solid, and I get the feeling they would survive a drop from the average hand height while being held, though I'm not going to test that theory. Great buy for a great price!

An Adult Glass For An Adult Beverage
I wasn't certain until I opened the case, but I know these glasses! They are exactly how I remember from way back. They are thick glass, feel sturdy in the hand, but not clunky. These are real glasses. They are not perfect copies of one another. Each one has the marks of its manufacture, and I will enjoy growing to know each one in the set. These are not dainty, and they are not child-proof sippy cups. They are easy for an adult to handle even when wet, but small hands will drop and smash them. These are adult glasses intended for adult beverages. When you get these glasses cold, they stay cold a good long time; certainly long enough to enjoy a generous portion of adult beverage. If you get these glasses too hot too quickly, you will probably regret it. If you are dumping piping hot liquid into a whiskey glass, that is just user error. Don't blame the company when your glass expands too quickly and explodes across your countertop. Now that I am certain, I am ordering a match set of taller glasses for cocktails. I will toss them all in the dishwasher and see how it goes. When last I owned glasses like this, I had never seen a dishwashing machine.

Decided to buy these, even though alot of review said they showed up broken, thankfully mine are good! They do have the sharp seam on one side of the glass, if the manufacturer could fix that they would be 5 stars

Good Quality Glasses

Nice tumblers
I’ll be honest. I bought these as I love trailer park boys. Was not expecting much. They actually are fantastic! I keep seeing reviews that they have a sharp edge. Mine do not. I love these and use them all the time! Deeeeeeeecent
