Good, light weight long sleeve Ts

We have a few sets of Amazon Essentials kids' clothing, and they've all been really great value for you what you get. The 100% cotton fabric is soft, comfortable, and lightweight, though there is a bit of shrinkage after washing. The fit seems pretty accurate to us and comparable to other brands. I got the navy/gray pack, and the colors match the product photos pretty closely.

Cute shirts, but order up in size because they shrink

These cotton Amazon essential shirts are a bit on the thin side. It is most noticeable with the white shirt; when the shirt is lying flat you can clearly see the outlines of the screenprint trees decorating the shirt’s back through the fabric of the front. It was less obvious with the green shirt, probably because there wasn’t an image on the shirt to show through, and white tends to be more revealing than a solid color. But I worry that they will be warm enough when winter returns, and will probably layer these with a second shirt come fall. At first, I thought the shirts seemed a little on the large side for a 3T, but when I washed them I noticed that they both shrank. The green shirt in particular lost an inch of length on each sleeve, and just as much on the length of the shirt’s body. It was less dramatic with the other shirt, but both were smaller than I anticipated after that washing.

Picture color more accurate than color name

Nice two-pack of kids' long-sleeve shirts. The pictures make them look more like sweatshirts, but if you look closely, you'll realize that they are long-sleeve shirts. That's fine -- but something to keep in mind. So they therefore are on the slightly thinner side. But, again, just know what you're getting here. The quality appears sufficient. We got Purple Mauve Jellyfish. Which is more pink than purple. The picture accurately reflects what the shirts look like -- more so than the color name. Fit appears a little on the larger side. But it's for kids. And my granddaughter will be able to grow into them. So that's fine too. Overall, I'm happy with them.

Shrunk by 2” in length after first wash. Inconsistent sizes.

These are decent plain cotton long sleeve Ts. We ordered a Dark Navy/Grey Heather in Large size. First thing I noticed upon opening these is that the two shirts were not the same length (both are size L). The blue one was an inch shorter in both overall length and sleeves. Both shirts also shrunk by 2” after the first wash. However, after the shrinkage, the large size was a perfect size for my almost 9 year old who is tall and skinny. Actually, I would say there is still some room to grow in these shirts, so I think they might last us for at least a year. He is 4’8” with 25” waist, weight 70 lb and wears size 10 shirts. He typically wears medium/size 10 in most brands but in Amazon brand mediums are too small for him (especially the arm length is too short). The cotton fabric is soft and on a thicker side. Good quality shirts despite some size inconsistency and shrinkage.

Basic Long Sleeve Shirts

These gender neutral shirts are so great. I’m a fan. Ordered the small (6-7) and they’re a bit big on my daughter who’s 61/2 I’d say they lean more favorably with “boy” sizing. But her little brother can have them as hand me downs in a couple years and I’m about that. (: I love the “great outdoors” design. It’s perfect for camping/hiking. The other shirt is a simple green long sleeve with a chest pocket. The quality is nice. Strong stitching and stretchable “play friendly” fabric (reminiscent to what I’d expect from Hanna Andersson). Great buy for some essentials!

Nice casual shirts

These have been great for my 11 year old son. I hot him a XXL and they fit him just right with a hint of room to grow. He typically wears between a 12 and 14 in boys shirts. They aren't too thick nor too thin so they make a decent shirt to wear in cooler weather. They are soft and comfortable on but they did shrink a little. Thankfully I tried to size up a little thinking of this and they still fit him ok.

True to size and comfy

I have loved everything I’ve ordered from the Amazon Essentials brand. These are no exception. The material is super comfortable and the shirts fit really nicely and true to size. We definitely love the bright colors as well. I would definitely recommend anything from this brand.

Good Quality full sleeve sweatshirts in pack of two.

I ordered these for my grandson. He is going to be 7 in July. Size is just right now but as description states year 8 size, I believe it will be a tight fit if your child is as healthy as mine. I would order for one size up if you are ordering it for 8 years old. I have black and cream colour sweatshirts and fabric seems to be soft and comfortable.

Great everyday shirts

My daughter ,7, is constantly growing at the min so we are always on the look out for new t-shirts and jumpers. As the weather is still a bit fresh, I thought that these long sleeve t-shirts would be a great idea for the time being. They came in a 2 pack in black and white. If I'm honest though, the white looks a bit like ivory instead of bright white, but that's just me nitpicking. They seem very well made and nice soft fabric. I chose a size 8 as my daughter is always growing, however I have found that they are slightly too long in the sleeves at the moment. This is not a problem though as she will soon grow into them in the near future. The only downside to them is the price. I do feel that they are priced a little high for what feel like regular t-shirts with no added extras/designs etc. Great feeling shirts, just a shame about the price.
