Can't be beat for the price caulk remover

Fantastically easy stripping my walk in shower of all the silicone caulk. Great price and makes a tedious job go quicker.

It works

Overall this is a sturdy little tool and seems well made with a very comfortable handle. My only complaint is that the triangular shaped chisel point is a little short and widens out too quickly, making the tool almost useless for clearing grout joints that are narrow. If the joints are over 1/4", you should be in good shape. Much narrower than that, and you just can't get deep enough into the joint without damaging the edge of the tile.

Good quality for the best price.

If all cheap things worked this well I would be an even bigger cheapskate. Rubberized handle fits well in your hand the end is sharp but not too sharp. Does not scratch tile if used properly. sturdy, basically a piece of bent flat metal with v shaped tip.

Best removal tool

I needed to remove and replace the old cracking caulk between my kitchen counter and backsplash. I was a little nervous about doing it because I worried I would scratch up the backsplash or granite, but I decided to give this a try. Holy crap, so glad I did! The caulk and sloppy adhesive behind it came off so easily. I had it all removed and cleaned your in less than 30 minutes. Definitely recommended. Made the removal so much easier!

great handle, does the job easily

I bought this to do my first regrouting of my kitchen counters (quartz). It worked well, getting into the corners neatly and not scratching surrounding surfaces. I had to redo some of my work (I need to keep my day job!) and it handled the task nicely. I will start on my bathtub next, but I'm glad I started a smaller project until I got the hang of it.

Caulk Removal Tool

This is the best caulk removal took I could find for the price. Just be careful! This is a metal scraper and will rip out grout or anything else in its path. But for fast and easy removal of caulk around a tub this is my go to scrapper. Have done 3 or 4 tubs thus far and the tool works just as brand new.

Not for tight gaps

Not fine enough otherwise well made. Could not use to remove grout from my 1/8" spaced tile grout effectively. Tip and shaft too thick ( TWSS).

You get what you paid for

Initially did a decent job but after channeling the grout of a few floor tiles out, the tip becomes blunt and next to useless. Then you need another tool to grind it sharp again…or just buy something better and use that. Metal far too soft for longevity of performance. On the plus side, it is comfortable to use.

Easy to use, does a pretty good job.

Comfortable to use, easy to operate, did a fair job scrapping out the grout, even with female hands no longer young. Reasonable price.

Handy tool

Saved a load of money by regrouting my bathroom myself with this handy tool. Quicker than I thought it would be and worked a treat. Didn't want to pay a trade to do it and didn't have the right power tool so this did the job.

Wears down very quickly

I only managed to rake out appox. 2 metres of grout before the tip wore down so much it barely touched the grout. It was effective while it lasted but didn't last as long as I expected.

Not bad, point soon gets blunt and needs resharpening to be fully effective! Requires elbow grease
