Great Look and Functionality for the Price
Love this door handle kit! Can easily pay hundreds of dollars for something like this at a Big Box store. Came complete with all the parts and a QR Code for the instructional video, which is easy to follow. Some of the components feel a little 'light' because I'm used to heavier hardware from major manufacturers. But it doesn't affect the stunning looks and the basic functionality. Have'nhad anyone try to break-in through this door - and hope that we don't have that kind of a pressure test. Only other thing (and I'm being nitpicky) is the touch screen is not super-responsive. Sometimes I have to tap on it a couple of times or tap a little harder than I'm used to (thanks to touchscreen smartphones). But it works great and has no problems. SO all in all I'm SUPER happy with the purchase - and my wife loves it too. BONUS!

Nice but sun affects it
Looks nice but with direct sun, the lock becomes extremely hot and malfunctions until it’s cooled off a bit. Wish it was a little more heat resistant.

I like it but
It’s well made, I like it. However there were two major things. 1) it came with absolutely no instructions. It’s not brain surgery I guess but you have to guess at everything ( which screws are intended for what etc). 2) I didn’t realize that front door handles were not standard. This one was 2-3 inches shorter than the one I was replacing. That really surprised me. I marked it down one star because of the lack of instructions and my interior door handle does not reset level (horizontal)

Decent for the price
We like the look of the door. It’s nice to have the touchpad and I appreciate the feature of pressing random numbers prior to the actual door code. The inside handle doesn’t stay parallel to the floor, it tilts slightly downward due to something loose in the actual door mechanism that we can’t adjust. On a super windy day, the buttons will think someone is accessing the door but it’s just the wind, which can be a little scary cause it sounds like someone is trying to come in.

Keypad already broken
I bought this lock after looking at many options. I bought it due to the look. Keypad is already not working well in under a months use. I changed batteries and still. It working well.

Watch YouTube instead of reading the manual
I bought this door handle set because I like the more modern look than others you can find at Home Depot or Lowe’s and the price point is good. I had a door installation company installing a new front door and they put this handle set in for me. I came down near the end and they were frustrated trying to set up the electronic code and lock feature. We all followed the manual step by step and we’re continually getting error beeps. They left to go get some trim supplies and I messed with it more getting so frustrated myself I found myself in the reviews seeing other people having the issue. I decided to have a replacement sent. The install company came back and one of the guys pulled up YouTube and found a video - turns out the program code listed in the manual was incorrect which is why the keypad lock feature kept giving us the error code. Throw the manual away and watch YouTube and you will love the handle set! It looks so so nice!!

You get what you pay for
We bought this for a rental fully expecting it would be lower in quality than the name brand sets. However it was more of a hassle than expected. Screen would occasionally die and the instructions were not clear. I would have preferred spending an extra $50 for the piece of mind and ease of installation and use.
