Amazon Basics Dental Floss: A Highly Detailed Review!

A Highly Detailed Review! ⬇️ ????????Product Review Quick Summary: Product worked as described, I admire that they have packaging in display the front and back of what it appears to look like in person. Most products are vague in their advertising. Other reviewers commented on their quality not being as good as competitors, I’m not a dental flash enthusiast but I could see that. I’ve had Oral-B dental floss before and can recall there’s maybe being a bit better although the one I tried in the past, did not have a taste. Which most beneficial to Amazon Basics is the value for Money, which for the most part even if being a little less quality, makes their products stand out. This dental floss is highly durable will not come apart and will deliver a decent minty taste. The taste is no complaint at all because dental floss should not be a replacement for mouthwash or a mint. It is more of a luxury to have a nice tasting dental floss but definitely not needed. Product should work well with anybody who seeks a nice and affordable brand of dental floss. I may sometimes include time stamps next to key product points that coincide with a video that highlights that point. ⭕️If review has a need to be updated, a date may be at the bottom to address that information. ????Packaging: 3/5 Packaging is standard nothing to brag about not the most high-quality cardboard or plastic cover that is adhered to it but it does the job in protecting the product, and there was no damaged on the dental floss packaging itself that I could see. ????Durability Test and Build Quality: 5/5 The plastic case will not break under normal use or even drops in roughing it around, but I’d imagine dental floss to stay in the bathroom or in the suitcase while traveling not really go much other places. The dental floss itself is very durable. I cannot break it apart with my bare hands, and so far I have not felt any threading being released when using it every day since my purchase. The spindle that the floss is on is not the best spindle but it’s just the dispenser and it’s not that big of a deal. The blade was nice at cutting the dental floss without issue. ⚙️Functionality: 5/5 This product functions as advertised with every piece of it working well. ????Accuracy to Product Display and Company Description: 5/5 This product is exactly as advertised. ????Value for Money: 5/5 This product is a great value and worth the money you put into it, certainly not the best dental floss, but it doesn’t cost nearly as much as that does. I can’t imagine a person out there that relies, and would die without a better alternative to this. ????Notes/Extra: N/A

good floss
this floss are good as they don't get stuck in the teeth. Compared to the Oral b or glide they are not as good as they rip into two occasionally. Would still reccomed for the price.

Completely Identical to the Big Box generic floss, though 1/3 as minty
Looks to be the same China supplier of generic floss as a certain Big Box store. Identical in floss width/length with identical container design/color and size, though priced about 16% less (at the time of my purchase). The floss is the flat ribbon-style, similar to the Glide brand but maybe half as wide. -The benefit of the ribbon-style floss is that it most easily fits between tight teeth, superior to the string-style floss, and far superior to the thick yarn-style floss. -The container has a built-in floss cutter which sometimes shreds the floss instead of giving a clean snap/cut. Doing an intentional quick snap of the floss against the cutter makes for a clean cut. A slow pull and drag across the cutter will shred the floss. -The floss material is similar to or actually is Teflon, which is a non-stick material. Because of the that and that the floss is not very wide, is thin, it tends to be slippery to hold on to, and requires some length to be wound around each of the two fingers you use for flossing. -The mint flavor, based on a couple of floss lengths of the first container I had opened and tried-out, was only about 1/3 as minty as the Big Box generic brand. Overall, a great alternative to Glide brand, and a slightly better deal than the Big Box generic brand. And though not as minty as the Big Box generic, it still is a good floss.

Excellent floss that doesn't break
This is my favorite floss. It is very similar to the oral-b glide floss but much stronger. Glide would keep breaking while flossing while this floss does not. Highly recommended for a simple economical floss that works.

Just as good as the more expensive name brands, like most Amazon Basics products. Does the job, and most importantly, doesn't shred. Will buy again.
