Functional, large basket - had scuff marks
The first one I received had quite a bit of damage from dents to scuff marks. The box was damaged and the styrofoam inside was all over the place (seemed like it exploded), so the damage was likely worse without the buffer if the styrofoam pieces. Since it was shipped by Amazon they took care of a replacement. The replacement had no dents (delivered by the post office, not Amazon), but still had some scuff marks (dark shows through from under the white coating) that are visible on the pieces. This is disappointing for the cost of the item, but does not take a way from the functionality. Wheels roll smoothly. The bars that make up the hanging portion seem a bit wobbly, but so far it is holding up. The basket for clothes is wide, but not terribly deep.

Great purchase for handling laundry!
This was one of my smarter purchases for my new home. Laundry is in the garage without a surface to fold. I use the rod to hang things up right from the dryer. It’s just what I needed.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️Greatly Exceeded Expectations
This cart was incredibly easy to assemble (with just the included tools - - no cheating) in less than 10 minutes flat. All of the components were machined smoothly, and fit together perfectly - - no misalignment improvisation required. This is a truly impressive cart. In fact, I’m so happy with them, that I’m going to order a couple more for family members.

My wife loves it!
We don't have a large laundry area, so my wife wanted something to use when emptying the dryer and then have a place to hang the clean clothes. This product does this very well. The cart is very sturdy and the hang bar is at a good height. It has large rubber wheels so is easy to maneuver. It was easy to assemble except that the tolerances on the hang bar tubing was tight so I had to use a rubber mallet to attach the top piece to the two vertical bars. (Not a big deal.) I took off one star because the shipping box from the manufacturer (not an Amazon box) was full of dirt. I had to wash every part before assembling it.

Happy that I ordered this!
This was REALLY easy to put together. I'm disabled and on oxygen 24/7. I had my laundry moved upstairs because I could no longer carry the basket up from the basement. That solved one problem but as my health declined, I couldn't carry the basket anymore and kicking/pushing it around on the floor wasn't doing my hardwood floors any good. So I bought this cart. I was surprised at how sturdy it is. The only problem, as you can see by the pic, is that the powder coating was missed on a small spot above one of the wheels. I'm not worried about it.....whose gonna see it? It doesn't affect my use of it so I say no big deal.....well worth the money.

Perfect solution
This cart was the perfect solution to my laundry needs. I have a small space for laundry and pantry. This cart makes it easy to move my clothes from bedroom to laundry space and have a place to fold an hang my clothes from the washer/dryer. This is hands down one of the best/smartest purchases I've made to make a chore better and be organized while doing it. Highly recommend.

Good for price, not super sturdy
Easy to assemble. Needed to find a wrench to hold the bolts when securing. The top part isn't super sturdy....purchased for my mom as she can't lift laundry baskets anymore. Her review best Christmas present ???? ????

An Alternative Storage Solution
My partner is obsessed with storage solutions and anything that can save our house from being cluttered. One way to do this is to go up. The Amazon Basics 'Laundry Butler with Wheels' gives you a basket to store things in, but also goes up. When you receive the box you may have a sense of dread as the thing rattles around in pieces. Thankfully, it is actually quite reasonable to assemble and the sounds are made mostly as it is metal. Once built you have an odd looking thing that will never be considered a work of beauty, but offers a good storage solution if you have a utility room that contains the washer/dryer. You get a shelf, lifted basket and frame on which to hook clothes. It is good for using after the tumble dryer as you can sort your clothes and hand some up so they do not crinkle. The fact that it is on wheels means that you can then move it around to your wardrobe, or at least the stairs! There are a few bits and bobs with the 'Laundry Butler with Wheels' that don't make it perfect. It would be nice to be able to rearrange it to meet you needs better; perhaps move the shelf or add more hanging. Also you have to be careful when hanging up clothes that they do not slip off the sides, the little bump is not really enough. It is also a little ugly as function has come above form. If you do plan to keep it in the garage or utility room it will fit in, in your front room; not so much.

Wished I'd bought one years ago!
I received this as a Christmas gift. It is fantastic! I have mobility issues & found carrying a laundry basket difficult. This allows me to hang, fold, & move laundry to my closet/dresser with ease. It was easy to assemble & moves around smoothly as needed.
