Good but spring is hard

Good looks ok. Does what it needs to. Bronze matches other stuff but the spring is a little hard to change the roll.

Could be easier to install but works great

Installation took about 30 minutes but is sturdy. I had to check and adjust the orientation multiple times and had to remeasure a couple of times. It would be more convenient to be able to directly screw the sides of the holder in, but instead, you screw in a sort of plaque on either side and then tighten the sides on top of it. That was the most difficult part because you can only use the fallen wrench for a half-turn but it does look good and hold well.

Serious design flaw

I so liked this when I opened it. Nice color and felt solid and sturdy. However, there is a serious design flaw with the middle piece that goes between the roll. It does not push together easily at all. The two pieces are connected by a long metal spring like thing. To get them to contract, you have to twist them. That is pretty much impossible to do with a roll of toilet paper on it and between the two sides. We already had someone accidentally pull the brackets out of the drywall while trying to change the roll (I used drywall screws and one of the screws was even in a stud). I’m going to have to remove them completely, repair and repaint the holes, and reinstall them in a different location and try to find another middle piece from somewhere else . This has so many great potentials. It really stinks that it has this problem!

Lovely addition to my bathroom

This item was not easy to install and the set screws had to be put in from the top instead of the bottom, which is the way other paper holders have been installed. However, the product is true to its color and matches my other fixtures perfectly, even though it is not the same manufacturer. I would purchase this item again.

Spring bar is cheap

The sides are good and feels like quality. However, the spring assembly is very cheap.

Works as attended!

Looks great was easy to install. the one side was alittle lose after tighting so had to do alittle macgyvering to make it snug. Since then works great and love the look. The price definitely makes it worth it.

DOES NOT match the Amazon Towel bar style. Otherwise, quite nice.

I bought a Amazon 24" towel bar, and this and it had difference appearing "bases". This is smooth at the bas, the towel bar has twin "edges" like the mowen style "inspirations. I'ts too bad, because it is attractive and feels pretty sturdy.

Fixing template is way off!

After putting the fasteners on the wall, exactly matching the template, found them way too far apart. Luckily could move them and the original holes were hidden. Also, if you look really close you can see the bronze,, but basically looks black. Works fine, but disappointed

Looks good and easy to fit

This was relatively easy to install. There is a template but be warned that it does show two templates and one appears to be for a towel rail so make sure you read the instructions. In the end we fitted the brackets slightly closer together than the template so the spring mid section tube doesn't easily spring out. Remember if drilling tiles to put masking tape over then so the drill doesn't slip.
