Read carefully

It is the cutest LITTLE fountain. Smh. I failed to read the dimensions. It is small. But it looks exactly like the picture. It was kinda hard getting the pump to suction to the bottom because of the small insert space.

Decent fountain

The first fountain began to leak after a week of use. We had to exchange for new. Second fountain works great.

Nice Fountain

Nice little fountain. It was really easy to setup. It's really lightweight as well. Mine didn't have a water return drilled into the bottom of it though, so I improved and drilled them myself. Easy fix, no other complaints here!

Looks Nice - Pump Failed in 3 Days

It looks really nice in our Fairy Garden. The product is esy to assemble, but has some water leakage points. The well runs dry in a few days - at least ours did. I tried to find leaks in the basic well, but there were none. It seems to leak at the point between the pump and base part. Ours went dry in 3 days and the pump locked up and I could not free it. Luckily I had another small pump that shuts down if there is no water flow. We still need to refill the pump every other day. I'm working in the problem but not have a solution is yet. If you just want it for looks and don't mind if there is little or no water flow - its fine. I do like solving problems - so I'm not returning it.

slow-sounding, relaxation, inner therapy

My 2 previous tries at a 'gurgling-brook' of calmness ended in my returning those items. And for the last 2 years i have no Sound Effects on my house deck, which is an end-unit of town houses. My wife bought me this One, as a present, and it immediately caught my attention. Because we live in side-by-side housing, the building architecture includes an Air Conditioning unit on each deck. This means that sitting on my deck i can hear my neighbour's Air Conditioning unit almost in my head since we are then about 15 feet apart. It could be looked at by some as a White Noise Calmer, but not in my head, nor ears. It's just a loud and disturbing noise, which previously wasn't 'obliterated' by my Water Feature Deck Element. Once plugged in, and me, waiting with suspicion for the same old end results, i was Totally amazed that i could hear my water feature quite nicely, even with that A/C unit working its best to stop my enjoyment of my backyard oasis. Making this shorter means that i really, really like it, as now does my wife, having noticed that it's loud enough to give our ears some disguised peace of mind. Most wonderful, and effective: i totally recommend this unit. When that A/C is off, i can hear it 24 feet away, and i thank the manufacturers' for successfully making a great product. Now, folks, remember that it's my personal Observation with my aural/mental/emotional interactions. BUT, i recommend this highly.

watch for faulty pump

The media could not be loaded. so got this fountain about a month ago and at first worked get was happy. then we noticed the water flow was less and less checked for blockage and was none. now when on high speed its just a little water coming out, like pump is faulty. this is no good for the amount i paid for it.

Arrived Broken -but Alpine resolved issue

Unit arrived with the pump handle broken off, tried glueing it and hopefully it holds. Going to leave the elastic on for the rest of the day and then see what happens. If this glue doesn't hold, I will look at returning it. Aside from that, we are quite pleased with the look and sound of the unit. We have had to re-glue the handle a few days later, but in the mean time, I reached out to Alpine advising them of the problem. They were very prompt in their reply and are shipping me a new pump to replace the problem one. Extremely good customer service!!

Low quality product

This is a very low quality product that is expensive. It came in late, it was packaged poorly and the water fountain itself was made of cheap, lite and easily breakable material. The pump was fluctuating while it was on, which was quite scary. Had to start a return on this one.

barrel is too small

I bought it for my dogs to drink from it. Unfortunately I did not measure the barrel and it is way too small for the dogs and also it needed to refilled all the time. Did not work for me. Overall it is a cute litte fountain, wish it would be bigger
