Looks Nice But Came Chipped

The wall rack looks nice and seems to serve its purpose so far. However, it arrived slightly chipped. And the process of inserting wall screws easily scratched the surface.

Great but clips break!

Looks great and works great. UNTIL the black plastic clips break. Since it is already attached to the wall with anchors removing the unit and returning it is not a good option. And I have found no way to contact the seller to get replacement clips. If that was possible then this would definitely be a five star rating. As pointed out in the questions the solution for now seems to be trying to figure out the right size clips on Amazon and buying a set of them for $10 or thereabouts :-(

Bad quality, bad parts. Don't recommend.

Will be returning. Looks nice, but functionally it's been two weeks and already plastic is breaking. I expect much more from Amazon and their sellers. Clearly this is all about making as much profit as possible by making the sale than it is selling quality products. Shame.
