2 years in direct sun

I have purchase a new cover every other December. After a year and a half the material become chalky and brittle. At two years it’s ripped

Good at first, dry rotted after 2 years

When I originally got mine, I was impressed by the look and feel of the material. I’ve kept it in direct sun for 2 years, and it did end up dry-rotting. I have a cover on my other grill that has lasted about 6 years, made of a better material.

Good value for the grill protection

Bought for my grill which I keep year-round outside on the deck. It’s exposed to sun, rain, sleet, you name it. All year round. I bought a name-brand grill cover when I first bought the grill. It lasted about 2 years in those conditions. It was more expensive than this one. I tried this one for the price and it lasted 3 years. I was happy and so I bought it again. As long as they keep the price like this, I’ll keep buying for its durability and protection.

Nice fit for 18" Kamado grills

Perfect fit for my Kamado Joe Classic (18" diameter egg dome smoker grill). Covers the entire body of the dome (with the two side tables folded down) but does leave the legs exposed. The material is like a thick canvas material that repels water. There is a bungie cord that wraps around the diameter of the bottom that you can tighten with the two clips attached to either sides of the cover. It gets the cover nice and taut around the bottom so it doesn't get blown off by the wind. There is also a single strap that clips around the legs of your grill to keep it secure in case some gale force winds lifts it off (though the tightened bungie device works well to hold it in place). I've bought a number of these covers over the years for my various patio furniture. They will last about 3 years before they start showing signs of tears. It peaks at about 105*F on a hot July afternoon where I live so I'm okay with 3 years before needing replacement - considering the price compared to the Kamado Joe brand cover.

Cover didn’t last two years. Material degraded.

Update: My warranty request was reviewed and they shipped a new cover within days! Awesome customer service. We will see how the new cover holds up and I will update accordingly! Knocked off one star due to the durability of the first cover. We will see! I purchased this cover 3/3/18 for my BGE. Looked awesome out of the package and did well for the first few months. Then the webbing on the tie down strap deteriorated and broke just by touching it. Didn’t really care cause the cover was awesome. Fast forward to today. I noticed that the cover material has now also degraded and the material is brittle. Three small holes have appeared. Shame, I really liked the cover until now! I have filed a warranty claim, will update this review upon the response. As of now, I can’t recommend.

Perfect fit and material quality

I was not expecting the quality of material of construction for the $$. Fits my Kamado Joe Akorn perfectly. Well made and expect to last a long time. The draw string at bottom Excellent feature. My grill on tri legs out on patio pad. We had a severe Thunderstorm with high whipping winds. The cover did not budge. Also like the two heavy duty grab handles for pulling cover off, makes it easy as cover snugly fits grill like a glove. Highly recommend it.

Lasts about a year in direct weather

This is my second. The first lasted about a year in direct Texas sun and weather. Wish it lasted a little better, but considering the brutal weather it went through, I’d rather this than leaving our Large Big Green Egg (which it fits perfectly) in the elements.

Fits my Kamado Joe classic perfect

This item is great. Priced competitively and fits my KJ classic (on the original table/nest with the side tables folded) perfectly. Draw cords on the base to keep it in place.

Excellent Quality Product

I reall love the quality and durability if this cover. Most covers I've bought don't last more than 1 or 2 seasons. This product is quality canvas, lined and includes breathing holes.

Fits Green Egg large with 2 trays folded down

Have a large geeen egg with 2 side folding tables the other civets are plastic and or green egg very expensive not great quality. This fit perfectly enough room to clear side trays and material good quality great sewing ok price not as expensive as plastic material .
