Lasts for maybe 2-3 years then deteriorates

One reviewer said it right - they have a love-hate with these. I just burned through my second one and I had to write a review. These look great and appear to have high quality - but, unfortunately, they begin to deterioate due to 2-3 years of use. Maybe that's normal for these type of products... I live in the SE US, and we get a mixed amount of winter, rain, and sun - so, it's not a Florida constant sun issue here. Anyway, I'm gonna try another brand to see if it's better for me.

Kind of pools in the middle

The product is really not that bad. Quality of the material was good, and water beads well so the water proofing is probably good. I had no idea how it could have melted to furniture like some said...this is kind of a canvas material, and I don't see it melting (the Texas heat is serious, but not to make canvas melt). The issue I have physics, specifically gravity. It isn't going to be perfectly flat in the top like the picture because we don't live in space. That said, it would be cool if there was reinforced material in the center so a pole can be put in the middle of the patio table and prevent pooling in the middle. I might try this with a PVC pipe, but I worry it might eventually poke through. Maybe I'll glue a sponge or some amazon packing material to the end of the PVC to help out. Generally good cover though. I'd buy it again if it rots out in 5 years. ***Product Update*** It only lasted one year; here's why. With my set "Hampton Bay Crestridge 7-Piece Steel Outdoor Patio Dining Set," the chairs are taller than the table, so this cover always sags in the middle. That meant that, when it rained, the water would collect in the middle. All that water has weight, which eventually caused the corners to tear because the tops of the chairs poked through. I tried that guerrilla tape, and even that flex-seal tape, but none of that worked for long. I found this great pole on amazon that was designed for boats: iCOVER Adjustable Boat Cover Support Pole- Premium Aluminum. It's aluminium, and it fit right in the "umbrella hole" of the patio table. I did buy another one of these, and I'm using the new one with this pole. So far, everything is working well. I think that even this new cover will eventually be ruined, but I feel like that's just a matter of time with all the heat. Hopefully, with this setup, I will get at least 3 years out of it.

Great cover with added protections

We have covered all of our outdoor furniture with Ravenna. We have sofa and two large chairs under a pergola with a solid roof in Southern California. After two years, the set looks new with virtually no fading. The covers seem very water resistant but during the winter with hard rains, we throw a tarp over all the furniture just to be sure everything stays dry as we keep our cushions in place. And the solid pergola roof helps a lot too. We just purchased the large table-and-chairs cover for our handmade, spectacular outdoor dining table. During the heat of the summer in Southern California, we keep a simple $12 white drop cloth over table and chair cushions since there is very little chance of rain here. Looks like a table cloth but the dropcloth offers more basic protection from the harsh sun. For the winter, we are planning to keep the cheap fabric dropcloth under this new Ravenna cover we have purchased. The $12 dropcloth is an inexpensive buffer between the table and the underside of the Ravenna just in case the melting issues materialize. During the deepest winter rains we are planning to also throw a tarp over as well just to insure complete dryness. The Revenna line looks beautiful at normal times. So, I would recommend this cover and the complete set with these added protections. UPDATE 4/2023: We bought the cover in July 2020 for our table and it was good until now. Unfortunately, it ripped recently so we must get a new cover for the table. Disappointed! I'm stunned that it ripped as we often cover the cover with a tarp.

Seem to work for now

I gave it a 4 star overall only because we have only had our covers for a few weeks. We purchased one for our dining set, some for our couches and a set for our chairs. They seem to be made of quality material and they look and feel as though they should hold up over time. That is yet to be determined as again, we have only had all of them a few weeks. The only complaint I would have, much like a fitted sheet for a bed, does anyone have a solution on how to properly fold these up when not in use. When they are delivered they are very compact and folded up nicely. Try to replicate that folding as to be able to store them and forget about it. If they do end up holding up, hopefully for more than a few years, they seem to be a quality product, but we shall see.

Good patio furniture cover

I have a rectangular table and 6 chairs. This cover goes over the table and all the chairs very nicely. I'm thinking I should have put something in the middle of the table to help the snow and rain run off. Since the chair backs are higher than the table, everything goes in toward the center. But the cover is holding up nicely. We've had a couple snow storms this winter, and everything is dry underneath.

Cover got ripped

I am otherwise happy with this product but unfortunately it got ripped. Not from wear and tear from taking it on and off, just from the snow and ice that accumulated on it. I see that it has a limited lifetime warranty but I can't find any way to contact Amazon or Ravenna to look into a replacement. I sure wish Amazon made navigating the site easier to do this. Any suggestions?

Durable but leaks

I was very happy initially with this cover. The material is thick and plenty big enough to cover my outdoor sectional and table. However, we had quite a bit of rain this fall and when I took the cover off prior to storing the furniture indoors for the winter, I realized the cover had been leaking along the seams. The cushions were wet and there was literally a puddle where the cover rested on the patio table. I am very disappointed as I am no longer able to return this item. I wish I had checked earlier but it seemed to have managed the earlier rains we had so I didn't check when we had several days of rain in a row. There were mixed reviews on it, which I checked before buying. I guess I was hoping for the best and this did not occur. I would not recommend this product as it's hit and miss it seems whether you get one that leaks or not!

Drats! It really is "water resistant". Not "waterproof"

A little confusing... The product description says that it is "water resistant" and that it has a, "waterproof laminated undercoating." (in the 'About This Item' section.) So, I was hopeful that the "waterproof undercoating" would be sufficient to protect our new wood patio table from rain. (The cover is heavy-duty, and it's obviously well made.) However, the first rainfall proved that it is NOT waterproof. Most of the table was dry but two areas allowed rain through. Unfortunately I'll be returning it and looking for something waterproof.

Great patio chair and table cover

Pros: - Durable material - easy to tie down - I've used the chair covers for a few seasons and they're still going strong - convenient tie downs in the corners - good value for money Cons: - for a cover this side they really need 6 tie downs instead of 4 - the system to make the bottom a little more fitted does not stay tight

Great Cover

Previously purchased Ravenna covers for our fire table and Central A/C. They fit perfect and are extremely durable and waterproof. Water beads off the cover. Purchased this cover is large so it would fit over not only our outdoor table but 6 chairs as well. Since it was only designed for a table the fit wasn't great but has pull straps and elastic on bottom so you can affix them around the leg of a chair to prevent the wind from blowing it off.
