Best grill cover for Weber Genesis grill!
I purchased this grill cover for my Weber Genesis grill in October of 2016 because I was hugely disappointed with the durability of the Weber covers. I was instantly impressed with the quality of this cover and after 6+ years of durability I am now replacing it by purchasing another. It has done a superb job of protecting my Weber grill. I highly recommend this product!

Lasted 5 years
Ordered this cover in 2018 and am replacing it in 2023. It has held up well. Grill is in a shaded area which has helped. Great quality for the price point.

This is my third one
I have bought 3 of these for the same grill. That should say something. They usually last 3-4 years and then start to rip. Look great and pretty durable.

2021 Update: most recent lasted 2y 8m, previous lasted 3y 9m.
Original review: Fit my Costco Nexgrill really well. It is 72x34; long and about 25 inches deep and the cover drapes over the corners spot on. The sides extend almost to the ground, but are about 4 inches short. It's the best generic cover I've been able to find that really fits. Despite being a little off the ground, the straps are still plenty long to attach around the wheels and secure the cover for storms and wind. Construction. Wow. This thing seems really well made. The stitching looks even, with thick thread, and the cover material is very thick and heavy. The straps at the bottom and the clips used to attache around the wheels also look very sturdy and are the insert and click type (easy to attache/detach). The description states a 3 year warranty, but the warranty card that came enclosed (with an 800 number to call) had stickers covering the "three" with a "four". So I guess you get a four year warranty on the cover. One thing to note is that if your grill lid is off center, and you have flat trays or a burner on one side that is fairly flat and wide.... the air vents on the top sides may lay flat. If it does, I would imagine a good rain might let water flow under the cover. My solution was to put an old plastic tupperware bowl over my side burner to raise up the cover. I don't expect to have any issues with water getting in now. LONG TERM UPDATE: Have had the cover for about 3y 9m and it is falling apart. Interior waterproof lining is dried and cracked. Fabric is worn through in several spots. Overall dimensions have shrunk to the point I can't get the cover on and off the grill easily. Used outdoor in Florida, but stored in full-time shade under eves of house. The description states it has a "Limited Lifetime Warranty"... then you read the fine print. The title states it has a 4 year LIMITED warranty, but the text that follows states it only has a "three-year" warranty. Going to try calling for warranty service. UPDATE 8/21. Most recent one I bought only lasted 2 years 8 months. Went to remove cover from grill yesterday and the fabric tore just below the top handle/straps. This one was also on the same grill as in original review. Grill sits under the eves and gets zero sun. Should be lasting a lot longer, considering how the manufacturer describes the quality of the product. I just submitted a warranty claim. Got an email saying they received the online submission and that it can take up to 45 days to be processed. Will update how well this gets resolved. Should mention the warranty information is all over the place. The amazon description says "Lifetime", but the paperwork that comes with the product says 3 years. The manufacturer website implies it is 4 years. UPDATE 9/26. After contacting Classic Accessories about the warranty on my cover, I was asked to provide a copy of the receipt and a photo of the cover. I sent via email, and received an acknowledgement after. About 4 days later I received another email saying my cover would be replaced under warranty, but that it "could" take 6-8 weeks before I would get the replacement in the mail. However, within 2 weeks, I received another email telling me the cover had shipped, and tracking info was provided. I am pretty happy with the entire process.... however.... this still doesn't change the fact that the covers don't last that long, even when in the shade the fabric outer layer degrades, and the vinyl inner later gets brittle. If you buy one, just assume you'll get somewhere between 2 to maybe 3 years out of it. The good part is you should be able to get another one under warranty. So for the price, you get 5-6 years of grill protection. I was also told that the original warranty period does not "restart" with the replacement cover.... unfortunately, I still don't know what the offical warranty period is? Lifetime? 4 years? 3 years?

Lasted almost 2-1/2 years
Nice grill cover. Material is thick. It was great while it lasted. It was out in all of the elements and it lasted 2-1/2 years. I was hoping it would have lasted longer.

HUGE UPDATE!
UPDATE 7-2022 This cover continues to amaze me. I got home yesterday from 5 hours in the FL sun and was barely able to finish dinner before falling asleep. Wifey took pity on my and went out to cover the Weber grill but was unaware that the small burner was still on low from my reverse sear. Long story short, I awoke early this morning and went out to cover the grill and discovered that it was already covered and hot as blazes. I somehow was able to remove the cover and the daggone thing was at 500 degrees. I quickly turned it off and cleaned it properly and let it cool. I then re-covered it. Flipping cover is still right as rain. How it did not burst into flame or at least melt onto my grill is a mystery to me. Thank you Ravenna!! Your product certainly saved my grill but maybe even my house where the grill is next too. :-) I'm guessing that you can't get more usefulness out of a product that what it is designed for. Ordering my 3rd one of these now for my Weber. In my opinion, they last for a good 2-3 years. Here in SW FL, we get lots of sun and lots of rain. This relatively cheaply priced cover ($38) protects my grill very well. It is a PIA to flop it over the grill even as a big guy (cover is bulky and not light) but if my grill was not on a small patio against the house it would probably be easier to get on/off. After about 2 years, I have a small tear (fabric becomes a bit more brittle from the sun/rain after two years) and it has started to fade so does not look as good as new. I could keep it for another year but for $38, I'll get a new one that looks great. If someone told me of another product that did the same and lasted 5 years, I'd try it but for now this is the best alternative IMHO. WD

Nicer look than common black vinyl/plastic
Not exact size for my Cuisinart BBQ but fits and looks good. Material seems to be durable but won’t know until spring of 2021 for sure. It’s definitely waterproof as water does pool up on it. Hopefully once it settles on BBQ water will drain off otherwise this could be an issue leaving watermarks. Overall for the cost We like it.

Great product, but could last longer
Classic accessories makes great products, they are well designed fit properly , use a higher quality material and you can find a cover to fit your whole patio set and accessories. Here is the caveat: if you leave them out in the open, year round, exposed to the rain, the sun, the wind and the Canadian winter, they will last you approximately 2 years and then need replacing. If you use them, outside, under a covered balcony, then they will last 5+ years. They will always fade over time.

Outstanding durability
This is an excellent Bar-Q cover. I purchased the identical product about 7 years ago and it has weathered Canadian winters of -20C -30C temperatures in the winter and +25C - +30C in the summers for 7 years with no cleaning or attention by me (not that I recommend that, but I'm lazy). It has been durable and the quality has been excellent. My only complaint is that the straps (which I don't use) are very awkward when putting the cover on or taking it off the BBQ. They tend to catch on the BBQ hinges and utensil hooks when putting it on or taking it off. (I have a Weber Genesis S330 BBQ). I have been tempted to cut them off but have managed to stick them in the cover slots to minimize my frustration. They finally began to catch on the hinges and tear forcing me to replace it. Not bad for 7 years of use! OVERALL THIS IS A SMALL INCONVENIENCE COMPARED TO THE OVERALL QUALITY AND DURABILITY OF THIS PRODUCT. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT.

Excellent value and does it’s job very well.
They may be a bit more expensive but I bought my first one 6 years ago and it gets hammered by direct sun 8-10 hours in the sun and brutal winter coastal storms and just now the handles are breaking down but the cover is still doing it’s job. I have another BBQ so know the cover is excellent value and got another one
